Terrell Owens: Baltimore Ravens and 3 Teams That Would Benefit from Signing T.O.
Terrell Owens is still rehabbing a torn ACL he suffered in April, but he believes he'll be ready for the second half of the season.
Now the question is—which team will sign him when he's fully healthy?
The 37-year-old told ESPN's Stephen A. Smith that an NFL team knows they're going to get a good player if they sign him.

""I'm not gonna waste your time, so I wouldn't expect you to waste my time. When I step on the field, you know what you gonna get. I'm going to come back...A month or less, I give you that."

The veteran wideout needs to sign with a contending team, otherwise he's just wasting his time. Owens has revealed before that he is strapped for cash, which might make him sign with a team that has no shot at the playoffs.
There was an episode on the T.O. Show about him realizing that he "has a financial adviser who has misappropriated funds.” Per Pro Football Talk.
The best decision Owens can make this fall is to pick a winning team, and since he's waiting almost another month, he'll have a better idea as to which teams have the best shot at reaching the postseason.
So whom should Owens sign with? Here are three teams that would be a good fit.
Owens is often referred to as a diva, but since he's toward the end of his career, his focus will shift more toward winning. Plus, if he were to join the Ravens, their tough and physical defensive leaders wouldn't allow him to act up.
Joe Flacco could use some more weapons on offense, because all he has right now is Ray Rice and Anquan Boldin. His No. 2 receiver was Lee Evans, but he is struggling to stay healthy, which leaves the team with rookie Torrey Smith having to step up big time.
Bringing in Owens wouldn't be a problem for the Ravens, because he knows he'd have a great chance of winning there as well as getting the ball a lot—it's an offense that needs help.
Matt Schuab has Andre Johnson, and unfortunately for him that's about it.
Don't get me wrong—Johnson is one of the best receivers in the NFL, but the man needs to have other options so Johnson isn't consistently double-teamed.
Owens would know that he is not the true No. 1 receiver on this team, and while that's something that he might have to get used to, he has to welcome it at this stage in his career.
Add the fact that Johnson is out for three weeks at the moment, and Owens could see a lot of action. Johnson could be out longer, because nobody knows much about the situation, which only works in Owens' favor.
The Texans are a lock to win the AFC South, which is why Owens would be a solid fit here. Not only would he make then even more of a favorite to win the division, he would also make the Texans a dangerous playoff team.
Josh Freeman is a rising star in the NFL, but he really has no top-tier receiver. If Owens joins this team he'll be counted on a lot, which is the reason I included the Bucs on this list.
The Bucs shouldn't be his top choice, because the Ravens and Texans have a better shot at the postseason, but because he'd be the main man in Tampa, I put them on here.
T.O. loves the spotlight, and if he sticks to his word of giving a team what they expect, then he will definitely help the Bucs reach the postseason.
Other teams that would be an decent fit for Owens would be the Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants, Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills.
