James Harrison Injury: Steelers LB Will Miss Critical Games with Eye Injury
Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison is going to be missing games with a fractured orbital socket, according to insider James Wexell.
He would be replaced by second-year pro Jason Worilds, but he is doubtful himself with a quadriceps injury.
This is terrible news for the Steelers, who are off to a really bad start after making the Super Bowl last season.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
According to Ryan Wilson at CBSSports,
"“The plan, at least for now, is to move inside linebacker Lawrence Timmons into Harrison's position and have veteran Larry Foote start inside next to James Farrior. [Head coach Mike] Tomlin also said that rookie Chris Carter and second-year linebacker Stevenson Sylvester could also see time.”
"
This is not an ideal situation for the 2-2 team that has to face the tough Tennessee Titans and sneaky Jacksonville Jaguars in back-to-back weeks before hitting the road to play the Arizona Cardinals.
Wexell reported that Tomlin said Harrison would miss “a number of weeks” and his right orbital socket will need to be surgically repaired.
Darren McFadden suffered a similar injury to his orbital bone and missed a few weeks at the start of preseason.
Pittsburgh really cannot afford to lose Harrison, as he is one of the defensive leaders of the team and plays with a ton of heart and delivers bone-crushing hits, which he is often fined for.
The intimidation factor will certainly be missed and having a tough guy like that go down really delivers a blow to the Steelers defense, which has looked unusually suspect this season.
Steelers fans are hoping the team will rally around their injured comrade and that some of these younger guys will step up and make plays now that their number is being called.
