2011 Top Ten Wide Recievers: Andre Johnson Holds off Fitzgerald
1. Andre Johnson - Texans
He's one of the best players in the league, with a combination of height, strength, and athleticism which scares all defensive coordinators. He's among the best in every aspect of his position. Even Revis called him a "beast", and he's a hard man to impress.
He's the reason that Houston's offense has been consistently so productive. Without him, they're a completely different team.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
A marquee player whose numbers have suffered in a horrendous QB situation in Arizona, people still know not to count out Fitzgerald, ever. At his height, it's really unfair how high he can jump. A QB really just needs to throw it in the air.
Not fast, but with incredibly strength with great hands, he doesn't need to separate as much. He's also clutch, as we know from Arizona's recent playoff run.
3. Calvin Johnson - Lions
The Lions are constantly switching QBs sue to injuries, but surprisingly all their QBs seem to be starting caliber. Johnson is why that happens. A literal freak, at 6'5" with the strength, speed, and athleticism he has.
An absolute game-changer for an offense which has been on the rise. He's starting to get the credit he deserves, and could someday be the best in the league.
4. Roddie White - Falcons
A crafty wideout who has perfected his craft, and is most likely the best of your quicker but smaller receivers. He's not short at 6'0", but has the speed and agility of a much smaller athlete. He has great hands and route-running ability, and he is certainly among the smartest at his position.
He has helped Matt Ryan tremendously to become a good QB, and is likely Atlanta's best player.
5. Reggie Wayne - Colts
Wayne's mark is that he is well-rounded and consistent. He's always one of the top receivers in the league year after year, and plays on an outstanding offense where he is the only elite receiver. However, the Peyton effect must be accounted for.
Wayne is a great receiver, but he is that way in a very large part because of Peyton Manning.
6. Brandon Marshall - Dolphins
Marshall was given a massive contract for a reason, and even with all the problems, he must still be considered elite. He's an off-the-field concern, but he is a matchup nightmare, and the most physical receiver in football.
Even with a new system, he had over 1000 yards, not an easy feat with Chad Henne as your QB and the Pats and Jets in the division. He's a possession magnet.
7. DeSean Jackson - Eagles
He may be the most explosive and dangerous player in all of football. His yards per catch is extraordinary, and explained by his dominating speed and quickness. He's not big, but he doesn't need to be.
Defenses must always bring their safeties back to make sure he doesn't burn them, changing the whole game. Also a threat on special teams, ask the Giants.
8. Greg Jennings - Packers
Jennings has always been an underrated player, but the Super Bowl win has given him the attention he has deserved. Jennings has good size and outstanding speed and quickness for the position. He is experienced, aware, and will catch the ball consistently. He is the #1 wideout for Rodgers, and they have one of the best passing attacks coming in Green Bay.
9. Dwayne Bowe - Chiefs
Bowe is a young player who finally lived up to his lofty expectations. He is very strong with good height and great size for the spot. He is a formidable red zone presence with the size, scoring 15 TDs last season.
He's got speed too, and is developing in to a good route runner. This is a guy who could continue to break out. He really helped Kansas City's rise last season.
10. Santonio Holmes - Jets
The best clutch player in possibly the entire league. Every close game there was for the Jets, it seemed Holmes was the guy with the incredible last-second, game-changing, game-winning play.
To list a few: Cleveland, Houston, Detroit. Plus he was with a new (inexperienced) QB and missed the first 4 games. The savvy, athletic playmaker should only improve in New York this year.

Hakeem Nicks - Giants: could be on verge of top 10, excellent target for Eli
Anquan Boldin - Ravens: another year in Baltimore should help the strong wideout
Chad Ochocinco - Patriots: moving to NE might be the best thing for the accomplished vet
