Fantasy Football Week 7 Free Agent Pickups
Every week, we compile a list of players that may be worth consideration in your fantasy league. Whether or not you should actually add them to your fantasy roster is based on the depth of your league and the strengths and weaknesses of your particular team.
In addition, the players that find their way on to our list are players who are owned in less than fifty percent of Yahoo! leagues and weren't mentioned in the previous week (see last week's list) even if we think the players from last week's list are still worth adding.
Here are some players potentially worth adding:

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
QB - Chad Henne, Dolphins (43-percent owned in Yahoo! leagues): For his third straight game, Henne had a multi-touchdown performance. For a second time in three games, he connected with stud receiver Brandon Marshall for double-digit receptions and 100-plus yards.
Although Henne has some tough matchups upcoming over the next four weeks—Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Baltimore and Tennessee, he could provide fantasy owners with a solid bye-week replacement.
QB - Sam Bradford, Rams (42 percent): Entering Week 6, Bradford ranked third in the NFL in passing attempts. Bradford has had an up-and-down rookie season—seven touchdowns, eight interceptions through six games. Excluding his NFL debut, Bradford has played better at home—four touchdowns and two interceptions in the past three home games (all wins).
Over the next two weeks, the Rams face the Bucs on the road and then the Panthers at home. The Bucs have allowed eight passing touchdowns in their past three games.
RB - Chris Ivory, Saints (12 percent): Pierre who? The Saints were without Pierre Thomas again, but Ivory rushed for 158 yards on 15 carries. No running back had more rushing yards through Sunday's games than Ivory. He is a big back (222 pounds) and should be involved in the rushing game (short-yardage situations) when Thomas is healthy and returns to the starting lineup.
RB - Danny Woodhead, Patriots (17 percent): While The Law Firm rushed for a touchdown, he wasn't the Patriots running back with the most carries. That would be Woodhead, who had 11 carries to 10 for BenJarvus Green-Ellis. Not only did Woodhead rush for 63 yards, but he had five receptions for 52 more yards.
WR - Deion Branch, Patriots (33 percent): As the Patriots begin the post-Moss era, Tom Brady often looked for his replacement—Deion Branch. In his second debut with the Patriots, Branch, who was a Super Bowl MVP in his first stint with the Patriots, finished with nine receptions for 98 yards and a touchdown.
While it took no time for Brady and Branch to reestablish their chemistry, it's unlikely for Branch to repeat these kind-of performances often. In his four games with Seattle, Branch had only 13 receptions for 112 yards and a touchdown.
WR - Mike Williams, Seahawks (nine percent): As the Seahawks begin the post-Branch era, Williams capitalized on the opportunity. Ok, Branch wasn't exactly lighting it up in Seattle before his trade to New England, but Williams had the best game of his career today against the Bears.
Williams finished with ten receptions for 123 yards, which nearly doubled his pre-Week 6 totals of 11 receptions for 138 yards. Although he has yet to score a touchdown this season, Williams is a big target (6'5") so he should find his way into the end zone soon.
WR - Danario Alexander, Rams (two percent): It's been a whirlwind adventure for Alexander going from being an undrafted rookie to the practice squad to the active roster to this free-agent pickup list. Ok, making this list may not be so exciting for Alexander, but I'm sure the reason why he's on this list is.
In his NFL debut, the 6'5" receiver caught four passes for 72 yards and a touchdown. With Donnie Avery and Mark Clayton out for the season, which is why Alexander was promoted to the active roster, there is no reason to believe that he can't earn a decent amount of playing time and targets.
WR - Jason Avant, Eagles (one percent): With the Eagles losing receiver DeSean Jackson to a concussion, the guy to benefit (that is available in your league) is Avant. Avant finished with five receptions (on five targets) at 62 yards on Sunday and should have decent value for the duration of Jackson's absence.
WR - Michael Jenkins, Falcons (three percent): Jenkins made his season debut against the Eagles and he finished with the same number of targets (11) as Roddy White, who led the NFL in targets heading into Week 6. Jenkins only caught five of the 11 passes thrown his way, but he finished with 99 yards on the day.
You shouldn't expect too many 99-yard performances from Jenkins, but he's a decent option if you need a bye-week replacement in a deeper league.
WR - Patrick Crayton, Chargers (four percent): With Legedu Naanee inactive for today's game in St. Louis, Crayton got his first start with his new team. During the game, the Chargers lost tight end Antonio Gates (ankle) and wide receiver Malcom Floyd (hamstring) to injuries and Crayton capitalized.
He finished with six receptions for 117 yards. If Floyd misses a game or two, Crayton could be in line to pick up part of the slack. In the next three weeks, the Chargers face two bad pass defenses—New England next week and Houston in Week 9.
TE - Brandon Pettigrew, Lions (34 percent): Last year, Pettigrew, who was the team's other first-round pick in 2009, was making significant contributions in the Lions' passing game before he suffered a season-ending injury.
Although he got off to slow start in Week 1 (one reception for six yards), Pettigrew has 32 receptions for 330 yards and a touchdown in his past five games. The Lions have involved both Pettigrew and Tony Scheffler, who just received a three-year contract extension, in the offense.
