Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Fantasy Football Week 4 Players to Start
Week 4 brings the first week of bye weeks on the NFL schedule, and depending on your roster this could lead to some tough lineup decisions, as fantasy football owners may be without a marquee player or two.
This is the first week where having solid depth, or not having good depth, on your fantasy team becomes a factor that could determine the outcome of your matchup. Let’s take a look at the “Bruno Boys Fantasy Football Start ‘Ems” article to see who should be in your Week 4 lineup.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Ryan has completed 63.2 percent of his passes through three games, and he has averaged 235 passing yards per game while throwing five touchdowns and just one interception. Atlanta will continue to have a run-oriented offense, but Ryan gets a favorable matchup in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers.
The 49ers allowed 250 passing yards and three touchdowns to Matt Cassel of the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3, and they have allowed at least two passing touchdowns in all three games this season.
Don’t expect Ryan to suddenly attempt 40-50 passes unless the Falcons struggle to run the ball, however, he is a solid start this week and should be in line for 250 yards and two touchdowns.
DeAngelo Williams (Carolina Panther) vs. New Orleans
Williams, and the Carolina Panthers offense, as a whole, have yet to break out this season. The team has already made a quarterback change to rookie Jimmy Clausen as they try to figure their issues out.
Williams did average 6.4 yards per carry in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals and has 43 carries this season compared to Jonathan Stewart’s 21 through three games.
Week 4 brings a matchup with the New Orleans Saints, who rank 30th in the NFL against the run and have allowed a little over 126 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs this season.
Williams should get plenty of touches and yards as the Panthers try to protect Clausen from mistakes and keep the Saints’ offense off the field. Even if Williams gets his touchdown vultured by Stewart, like we saw last week, he will have enough yards to make a solid RB2.
Terrell Owens (Cincinnati Bengals) @ Cleveland
There has been a lot of hype surrounding Owens this season, however, the veteran hasn’t been able to have his breakout game…yet!. He has just 14 receptions for 152 yards while being held out of the end zone through the Bengals’ first three games.
Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer has struggled to this point, but has targeted Owens 33 times this season (including five in the red zone), which is second to Chad Ochocinco (34) on the team. Cincinnati takes on the Cleveland Browns this week, who are tied for the most touchdowns allowed (five) to the wide receiver position.
Even if Palmer’s struggles continue, the odds he can find Owens in the end zone are fairly good this week. If you have a bye-week issue at wide receiver, plug T.O. into your lineup as a WR2 option.
