It's safe to say during the Giants' series against the Rockies, San Francisco felt pretty good.

They are only one and a half behind the Giants.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
Colorado has gone on the anti-Padres streak. Nine in a row to this point.
What is this? The calendar turns to September and that team turns into a juggernaut.
They have a .266 team batting average this season. In the past 11 games, they are batting .308.
The Rockies have a team ERA of 4.05. It's 3.58 in September.
While the Giants and Padres have been focused on the task in front of them, the Rockies have been picking apart every team that has walked in their way.
They took four games from the Reds, three at San Diego and the first two against Arizona. The Rockies will be hosting San Diego starting on Monday.
Health had been one of the bigger concerns for Colorado and they are, now, getting healthy.
The biggest difference for the Rockies has been a healthy Troy Tulowitski.
Tulowitski has been on fire since the month began. He has played in all 11 games and has hit eight home runs and drove in 17.
Aaron Cook has also begun to throw better. In his past two starts he has given up a total of three runs.
Jorge De La Rosa is also starting to get back on track. After missing two months, he struggled through the month of July.
Since then, he has been lights out. Since the start of August his ERA has been 3.20.
Huston Street is turning it around as well.
He has been scored upon only once in his last 12 outings, dating back to August 22. In those 12 outings he has picked up nine saves.
One thing that could derail this team is playing on the road.
Colorado has been night and day when playing at home or on the road.
At home, the Rockies are great. Not a revelation but they have the second-best home record in the National League at 49-22.
But the road has been less traveled by Colorado. They are 29-42 away from Coors Field.
The Rockies have three more with the Giants and three with San Diego starting Monday.
Colorado is knocking on the door. Don't let them in.
