Yankee Stadium Leads Top MLB Venues
Hey guys, I’m new here and this is my first article. At first when I joined Bleacher Report I didn’t think I would actually be writing, but here I am doing it!
I didn’t want to at first, but one of my good online friends, Greg Caggiano, kept encouraging me to write. I’m only 14 so this probably will not be the greatest article, but I thought I would kick off my career by ranking MLB parks.
I have been to 36 MLB games in my life (Hey, who’s counting?), but I have only been to five different parks. I go to many games because of my cousin. She has her own travel business and I am able to go on a variety of trips.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
One of my goals in life is to visit every Major League ballpark. However, as I said before, I have only been to five up to this point. Thus, I will be ranking the parks based on what I’ve seen in pictures online.
In other words, my accounts of many of them may differ from yours. Additionally, I will have more to say about the parks that I have actually been to (these will be marked with an asterisk).
Now, let the rankings begin!
Yankee Stadium*
I am a die-hard Yankees fan, so of course this has to be number one. The place has so much history. It looks amazing on TV, and looks even more amazing in person.
The food at Yankee Stadium isn’t great, but I can settle for it. I like how there’s always a give away at the park—there’s one for 99 percent of the games. I also love that as you walk into the ballpark you hear the voice of god, Bob Sheppard, to go along with the great atmosphere.
Other great things about the stadium are Monument Park, all the history that has happened there, and, most importantly, the team that plays there, the New York Yankees.
Citizens Bank Park*
The second nicest park is Citizens Bank Park, the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. All I really have to say is that this place is absolutely beautiful. There’s always a great atmosphere, the food is better than at any other park I have been to, and concourses couldn’t be designed any better.
Wrigley Field
Number three is certainly Wrigley Field, the home of the Chicago Cubs. From what I have seen on the internet and TV, the place looks amazing, and it really seems like it represents old time baseball.
The stadium is always packed for a Cubbies game, and it seems like it has a great atmosphere. I also love the ivy growing on the outfield walls, and can’t wait until I take a trip there to see it in person.
Fenway Park*
Number four goes to Fenway Park, the home of the Boston Red Sox. Although I am a Yankees fan, I have been to this park many times, and it's one of the best.
It really represents old time ball, as does Wrigley Field. For example, the grandstand seats, which are old and made of wood, look like they've been there forever.
There’s always a sellout for a Sox game, and there’s always a loud atmosphere. The Red Sox fans are very supportive of their teams.
The food at Fenway isn’t great. There are some things I do like, such as the Papa Gino’s pizza and the Dunkin' Donuts stand behind section 18. But things I don’t like include those nasty, disgusting Fenway Franks (hot dogs). I don’t know how anyone can eat one of those things. They look and taste awful.
Oriole Park*
Number five goes to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the home of the Baltimore Orioles. This is a gorgeous park. Despite the small crowds and noiseless atmosphere, it’s a wonderful ballpark to visit.
The food is very good, especially the food in the beautiful club level. I love Eutaw Street, and the warehouse along it. The outside look of the park is awesome, and the concourses are very nice and wide.
Now that I've written a little about each of my top five, I'll list the other parks in order:
6. Minute Maid Park—Houston Astros
7. PNC Park—Pittsburgh Pirates
8. Safeco Field—Seattle Mariners
9. Rangers Ball Park in Arlington—Texas Rangers
10. Busch Stadium—St. Louis Cardinals
