Pro Wrestling Sheet reported the Nature Boy is "fighting a bad flu."
Flair, a two-time inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame, dealt with serious health issues last year.
The Tennessee native, who turned 69 in February, was taken to the hospital in August after feeling stomach pain.
In September, he told ESPN's The Dan Le Batard Show he spent 10 days on life support as many of his major organs stopped working properly, per Tim Fiorvanti of ESPN.com.
"They told my kids that everything had shut down—kidney failure, congestive heart failure, everything shut down," Flair said. "The joke was, with the doctors, that the only thing that was alive and kicking, sitting at the bar waiting for me, was my liver."
He returned to WWE programming in November for an appearance alongside his daughter Charlotte Flair.
