
Antonio Conte Doesn't Think Newcastle Defeat Was His Last Chelsea League Match
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte doesn't believe he and the club are about to part ways, telling reporters he expects to be in charge of the Blues next season after the 3-0 loss against Newcastle United on Sunday.
The Italian emphasised he didn't think it was his last league match with Chelsea, with the FA Cup Final against Manchester United still on the schedule:

The loss, coupled with Liverpool's 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, meant Chelsea missed out on UEFA Champions League qualification for next year. Last year's Premier League champions finished the season in fifth place and will face United at Wembley on Saturday.
Sunday's loss was the team's first since April 1st, but it came in embarrassing fashion and somewhat summed up the 2017-18 campaign for the Blues. Ayoze Perez scored twice, and Dwight Gayle also added to the tally for the Magpies.
