WWE WrestleMania 2018 Results: What Fans Are Marking Out for After PPV
Predictably, WWE WrestleMania 34 wasn't short of moments that left fans with plenty to talk about.
While the show itself was very much hit-and-miss, each match had at least one or two moments that fans were marking out over.
On a night full of a shocks and surprises, the landscape of the company moving forward has changed in a way few would have expected.
That's created plenty of buzz, and plenty of speculation, about what happens next.
Here's a look at the moments that fans were seriously marking out over following WrestleMania 34.
Is the Undertaker Back?
1 of 4It was one of the more unusual storylines on the road to WrestleMania—but in the end, John Cena's pursuit of The Undertaker worked out pretty well.
The match itself may well be a different story, given how Cena was effectively squashed by Taker—but it provokes an interesting thought for fans moving forward.
Is Taker now officially back and out of retirement?
It would be strange if WWE decided to bring him back for a one-off squash match. Perhaps Sunday night was the beginning of a more extended feud with Cena, building eventually to WrestleMania 35 next year.
Whatever the plans are, though, it's safe to say fans are marking out over what could be next for The Deadman.
Where Next for Ronda Rousey After Her Impressive Debut?
2 of 4All things considered, Ronda Rousey's official in-ring WWE debut at WrestleMania could not have gone much better.
But no sooner had she beaten Stephanie McMahon and Triple H alongside Kurt Angle, were fans questioning where her WWE career could go next.
Rousey exceeded expectations on her first match with the company, and it leaves open the possibility of a quick progression to one of the two title scenes in the women's division sooner, rather than later.
Could she have new Raw champ Nia Jax in her sights? Perhaps.
But no matter what happens next, the future looks bright for Ronda Rousey as a WWE competitor. Fans were marking out over her impressive debut.
The Yes! Man Is Back and on the Charge
3 of 4Was there ever any doubt that Daniel Bryan's return to competing would go well?
WWE has already shown its intent with Bryan by having him win at WrestleMania on his first match back since being cleared—and it's hard to imagine him continuing as SmackDown's general manager for much longer.
Bryan has plenty of unfinished business as a competitor, and with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens now seemingly out of the picture on the blue brand, there are all sorts of avenues WWE can take D-Bry down.
Could he push his way into the WWE Championship picture? Would a newly turned Shinsuke Nakamura be a perfect fit for Bryan's first real serious rivalry as a singles competitor?
The answers to those questions will likely be revealed on Tuesday night, on the first edition of SmackDown since WrestleMania.
But fans were full of excitement about Bryan's in-ring future after his seamless return to action on Sunday night.
Brock Lesnar's Next Challenger
4 of 4Monday's edition of Raw will almost certainly provide a clearer picture for the Universal Championship scene, but in the immediate aftermath of WrestleMania, it's safe to assume that Brock Lesnar could need a new challenger.
And luckily for WWE, Raw isn't short of main event stars who could step up and challenge Lesnar.
While the main event at WrestleMania was a disappointment, the biggest point of excitement came via the prospect of someone new perhaps taking Brock on over the coming months.
A great option would be Samoa Joe, who could well return from injury in the coming weeks, and has previous with Lesnar by way of their spectacular feud last year.
If Braun Strowman moves out of the tag title scene quickly, he's also in the mix. Don't forget Finn Balor, too, who never actually lost the title Lesnar carries over his shoulder.
WWE has plenty of options for the Universal Championship. Who gets the next shot is perhaps the biggest talking point of all heading out of Mania.
