Juventus Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Han Kwang Song Negotiations
Juventus reportedly failed to sign Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur target Han Kwang Song because the Bianconeri and Cagliari could not agree on the value of the players the Serie A champions would send the other way.
According to Calciomercato.com's Jordan Russell, the North Korean starlet seemed almost certain to join Juventus during the January transfer window, with negotiations in an advanced stage.
The Bianconeri negotiators offered several players in exchange for Han, and the two parties could not come to an agreement before the transfer deadline passed.

Han's agent Sandro Stemperini has already told TuttoJuve (via Football Italia) negotiations will likely continue at a later date:
''We sat at a table with Juventus and Cagliari.
''[Juventus chief executive Giuseppe] Marotta, [Juve sporting director] Fabio Paratici, [Cagliari] President [Tommaso] Giulini and the Rossoblu sporting director Giovanni Rossi were there.
''Given it was the last day of the transfer window and there were so many counterparts involved in the proposed deal, the two parties preferred to leave it and, probably, talk about it later with cool heads.''
According to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, the work from January should serve Juventus well in their chase of Han in the summer:
The 19-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan with Perugia but was recalled by parent club Cagliari following a string of great performances. Han was a revelation in Serie B, quickly catching the eye of Juventus, as well as the Premier League duo.
The Pyongyang native is a phenomenal athlete, who combines quickness and raw speed with remarkable physical strength. He does an excellent job of using his body to hold off defenders before bursting into the open space.
Han is also a natural finisher and unselfish in front of goal, as you can see in his highlight reel:
While he's still raw―he only joined the Cagliari academy in 2015―Han's physical tools are enticing, and his tremendous ceiling should make him a popular target in the summer. Juventus appear to be the front-runners at this stage, but their failure to land him in January could come back to haunt them.
Per Russell, the Bianconeri are not willing to "pay over the odds" to bring Han into the fold, and that could open the door for Spurs and Liverpool. Neither club has struggled for goals this season, but the Premier League duo are always on the lookout for young talent and could pounce.
