Report: Marouane Fellaini Could Miss 2 Months, May Require Surgery to Fix Injury
Marouane Fellaini could be sidelined for as long as eight weeks after he picked up an injury during Manchester United's 2-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday.
The midfielder came off the bench in the 63rd minute against Spurs but had to be replaced seven minutes later.
According to ESPN FC's Mark Ogden, there are concerns he has suffered medial ligament damage, which would require surgery and a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Fellaini, 30, has endured an injury-hit campaign and has been limited to only three starts in the Premier League in 2017/18.
The last time he played a full 90 minutes was against FC Basel in the UEFA Champions League back in November.
The former Everton man still has the backing of manager Jose Mourinho, who is putting pressure on the club to ensure Fellaini puts pen to paper on a new contract—his deal expires at the end of the season—per James Ducker in the Daily Telegraph.
It will be a big blow for the United boss if Fellaini is out for two months, as he is a useful alternative to Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic in the middle of the park.
