B/R Exclusive: Brandi Rhodes Says Women's Wrestling Is 'Absolutely at Its Peak'
Brandi Rhodes has taken many chances with her career over the last year, and to her credit, she has accomplished so much and proved the doubters wrong.
After spending three years in WWE as Eden Stiles, Rhodes and husband Cody left the company and bet on themselves. Just under two years later, they have become two of the most prominent names in the wrestling business.
In an interview promoting her new E! Network show, WAGS Atlanta, Rhodes spoke to Ring Rust Radio about being part of the women's wrestling revolution, her thoughts on a possible return to WWE and her role on the new television program.

In addition to her work as a manager, ring announcer and television personality, Rhodes continues to grow as an in-ring performer by wrestling as often as possible. To further hone her skills, she has thrown her name into the hat as part of the upcoming Women of Honor Championship tournament.
As someone who has experienced the rise of the women's revolution first hand, Rhodes is proud of the strides female performers have made within the industry.
"Women's wrestling is absolutely at its peak right now. It's at the top of its game and is getting so much attention and so many eyes and it should be," Rhodes said.
"Women are stepping up, they are performing, they are showing that we are athletes as well and we deserve the attention we are getting. This is an incredible time to be part of a women's division, any women's division really because they're so solid."
While Rhodes has found success in the wrestling industry by working for companies such as New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling and more, there are always questions about whether she would be open to an eventual return to WWE.
Unlike many other former Superstars who are desperate to come back, Rhodes is happy with her career trajectory and doesn't sound like she is any rush to stop building her ability in the ring and as a personality.
"All I can say is that we are doing really well with everything that we are doing and we are very happy on this path that we are on," she said. "We are happy for every success everyone is having in wrestling right now. I think that everything is continuing to grow were continuing to grow to sky's the limit."
Confidence is key to success in any industry, but it is paramount for wrestlers. Rhodes has taken many risks over the last two years, but they have been paying off and she has continued to build her notoriety even without the help of WWE.
In addition to finding success in the modeling, Rhodes has also become a reality television star by joining the cast of WAGS Atlanta. While she has stepped outside her comfort zone, her personality and charisma come through and she is one of the best parts of the show.
"Working on WAGS is obviously very different than working on wrestling television. It's very different in the way that there is not nearly as much to do for WAGS," Rhodes said.
"More of it was just kind of being my natural self. We go to different places and have different situations and we talk about different things. However, it's very much just me being me and offering my opinions and things like that."
Over the last several months, Rhodes has continued to transform into one of the biggest names on the independent wrestling scene. Add in her joining the cast of WAGS Atlanta, and her stock is through the roof right now.
Betting on yourself can be a scary proposition, but Rhodes and her husband decided they would be better off on their own than under the WWE umbrella. Just a few months later, they have already made a massive impact on the business.
If you don't respect what Rhodes has accomplished, you're simply not paying attention.
