Toronto Blue Jays left fielder Steve Pearce collected his first hit of Thursday against the Oakland Athletics in the bottom of the 10th inning.

Kendrysย Morales hit the game-winning home run in the bottom of the ninth Wednesday and added a game-tying solo shot in the bottom of the ninth Thursday.
The Blue Jays fell behind by three runs in the top of the first inningย but tallied a run ofย their own in the bottom half. Thursday's theatrics really began during the fifth inning when starting pitcher Marcus Stroman, catcher Russell Martin and manager John Gibbons were all ejected after the latter argued balls and strikes.
