Nationals Hit Back-to-Back-to-Back-to-Back Home Runs, 5 in Inning vs. Brewers
The Washington Nationals turned Thursday afternoon's game against the Milwaukee Brewers into their personal Home Run Derby.
Brewers starter Michael Blazek started the third frame by walking Nationals ace Max Scherzer. He paid for the blunder whenย Brian Goodwinโwho opened the game with a leadoff doubleโcrushed his 10th homer of the season.
Wilmer Difo, a shortstop entering the contest with a .333 slugging percentage, hit his fourth career blast. After going deep in the first, Bryce Harper upped his season tally to 27 with another bomb.
