2017 MLB All-Star Rosters: Key Stats for Players in AL & NL Lineups
The Houston Astros have torn apart the American League West and made a shambles of the division's pennant race.
Barring a second-half collapse, the Astros will clinch the division relatively early and set up their postseason pitching rotation. Baseball fans will be able to see one of the primary reasons why the Astros have been so dominant when they turn their attention to the All-Star Game Tuesday night.
That showcase at Marlins Park in Miami will feature three Astros in the American League's starting lineup. Second baseman Jose Altuve, shortstop Carlos Correa and outfielder George Springer have been sharing the spotlight and key roles throughout the season, and all three are capable of putting their signatures on the 88th All-Star Game.
