Kyle Arrington Released by Ravens After 2 Seasons with Team
The Baltimore Ravens released cornerback Kyle Arrington with the failed physical designation on Monday, according to Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun.
Arrington, 30, signed with the Ravens before the 2015 season, registering 28 tackles and a forced fumble in 15 games. He took a pay cut to stay with the team last offseason and was ultimately placed on season-ending injured reserve last August after suffering a concussion.
In corresponding moves, the Ravens signed Brandon Boykin and Al-Hajj Shabazz on Monday, per Garrett Downing of BaltimoreRavens.com. That concluded a week of turnover at the position, after slot corner Tavon Young tore his ACL last week.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Arrington's move frees up $2.1 million in cap space for the Ravens, per Callie Caplan and Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun.
The Ravens have completely overhauled their secondary this offseason. Gone are Shareece Wright, Kendrick Lewis, Matt Elam, Chris Lewis-Harris and Jerraud Powers. They were replaced by free-agent signees Brandon Carr and Tony Jefferson, while the team also drafted Marlon Humphrey.
Carr is expected to start next to Jimmy Smith at cornerback, with Humphrey the frontrunner to step into the slot role and Boykin also capable of playing inside.
