Manchester United will have the chance to bring new life to the Premier League title race and improve their chances of finishing in the top four in Week 33, as they take on leaders Chelsea at Old Trafford.

The Blues sport a healthy seven-point lead over second-placed Tottenham Hotspur, who will host Bournemouth on Saturday. A win over the Cherries combined with a Chelsea loss on Sunday would reduce the gap to just four points, with both teams set to play six more matches before the end of the season.

Here's a look at the schedule for Week 33, complete with TV info, live-stream options and picks:

United manager Jose Mourinho must relish the idea of hitting his former club Chelsea where it hurts and taking the wind out of their sails heading into the final weeks of the season.

The Red Devils are no longer title contenders and face a real challenge to even finish in the top four, with their best chances of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League coming by way of winning the UEFA Europa League.

In the league, Mourinho and his troops have few real targets left. One has to assume hurting Chelsea's title chances would sit high on the list.

The Blues have dominated the competition for months, but per the club's official Twitter account, manager Antonio Conte knows the job isn't finished yet:

He has yet to lose to Mourinho since taking the job with Chelsea, but both of their meetings this season have come at Stamford Bridge, the most recent being a 1-0 loss in the FA Cup quarter-final a month ago. United are also in the middle of an unbeaten run, even if it isn't the most inspiring of runs, via OptaJoe:

Spurs will host a Bournemouth team that is winless in its last three matches, including a 3-1 loss against the Blues. The Cherries tend to play up to their competition, but Tottenham should grab another win on Saturday.

Mauricio Pochettino and his troops have been in superb form of late, and while Chelsea's lead has seemed insurmountable at times this season, Spurs' fine run means the title race is still on.

As shared by the club's Twitter account, they couldn't have done it without two of the league's finest young players, who have both been nominated for major awards:

Harry Kane's return to fitness couldn't come at a better time, even if the club has coped well with his absence. Looks for Spurs to put real pressure on the Blues with a win over Bournemouth ahead of Sunday's showdown at Old Trafford.
