England vs. Austria Women's Soccer: Date, Time, Live Stream for 2017 Friendly
England will continue their preparations for the upcoming 2017 UEFA Women's Euro tournament with another friendly on Monday, as they host Austria at Milton Keynes.
The Lionesses slumped to a disappointing draw against Italy in their last friendly, part of what has been a dreadful run of form in 2017 so far. Apart from the shock win over the United States at the SheBelieves Cup, England have yet to win a single match all year long.
That should change against Austria, a team that will take part in its first major international tournament later this year at the European championships. Per FIFA's official website, the team sits in 24th place in the world rankings, well below the fourth-ranked England side who will be among the favourites to win Euro 2017.

Here's a look at the players who have been called up for this friendly for England, courtesy of sports writer Tony Leighton:
It's been a frustrating few months for the Lionesses, who appeared to turn the corner with their win over the U.S. women's national team at the SheBelieves Cup. It came just a few days after a narrow loss against France, arguably the most in-form team in women's football right now. That should have led to improvements moving forward.
But against Italy, England's issues with less-talented teams digging in to defend surfaced once again. The Lionesses dominated from start to finish, but goalkeeper Katja Schroffenegger had a superb outing for Italy and the hosts wasted chance after chance.
Toni Duggan was understandably frustrated:
Austria will likely employ similar tactics to the Italians, and it should be another good test for England, who will start all of their matches during the group stages of Euro 2017 as favourites. Their group consists of Scotland, Spain and Portugal.

Nina Burger will be Austria's main scoring threat, as the 29-year-old is the team's all-time scoring leader. Like many of her team-mates, she plies her trade in the Bundesliga, and experience on the highest level comes in handy during international matches.
The Lionesses won't have a lot of chances to build some momentum ahead of Euro 2017 after Monday's match, as there's just one friendly left on the schedule, against Switzerland. In the match with Austria, the hosts have to show some progress and finally get that win against a side they should always beat.
