Arsene Wenger Exit Wanted by 78% of Arsenal Supporters' Trust Members
More than three quarters of Arsenal supporters want manager Arsene Wenger to leave the club at the end of the season, according to a survey run by the Arsenal Supporters' Trust.
The Telegraph's Matt Law reported on the results, which have been submitted to Wenger and the Arsenal board, and disclosed a resounding 78 per cent of the members who voted don't want the manager to sign a new contract.
Furthermore, 86 per cent believe the board is not acting in the club's best interests, as the Gunners sit sixth in the Premier League and have been left with the FA Cup as their last remaining realistic hope for a title this term.

Wenger spoke to the media ahead of Sunday's clash against Manchester City, and Goal's Chris Wheatley provided quotes from his press conference, where he defended the lack of communication regarding his future:
This season has comprised numerous disappointments for Arsenal, including an apparent inability to tie Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez down to new contracts and their 10-2 aggregate defeat to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League round of 16.
Reports have emerged linking Sanchez with a move to Chelsea in recent days, but Wenger didn't have much to say on the matter when addressing the media on Thursday, via ESPN FC:
Faith in Wenger's reign is at a low as he approaches the climax of his 21st season in charge of the north London club, and a failure to finish among the Premier League's top four could prove to be the nail in his coffin.
The London Evening Standard posted the results of the Arsenal Supporters' Trust in full, which detailed only 15 percent of those voting were in favour of Wenger signing a new contract at the Emirates:
Per Law's report, the AST has now requested that the club's board withdraw the new two-year deal Wenger has reportedly been offered in the hope they can start afresh with a new leader in time for next season.
In the end, the club alone will make the call on who guides them into the 2017-18 campaign, but the faith—or lack thereof—from the supporters will undoubtedly need to play a factor in their final decision.
