Real Madrid Transfer News: Angel Di Maria, Mesut Ozil Return Talk, Fresh Rumours
Angel Di Maria is reportedly not happy at Paris Saint-Germain and wants to return to former club Real Madrid, while Arsenal's Mesut Ozil is also considering going back to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Per Jose Felix Diaz in Marca, Argentinian Di Maria is "increasingly frustrated at the turn his career has taken since his Madrid days" and is eager to move back to the club as he does not like PSG's style of play.
For Ozil's part, he has flourished recently with the Gunners following a frustrating first two seasons in north London, but there is a "chance" he could go back to Madrid as his current Arsenal deal does not extend beyond 2018, per Diaz.

Di Maria, 28, departed Real for Manchester United in 2014 for £59.7 million—a legitimate fee given his contribution for Los Blancos as they won the UEFA Champions League in 2013-14.
After a single torrid season with the Red Devils he then joined PSG, and while he has looked near his best at times with the Ligue 1 champions, he is seemingly still unhappy at the Parc des Princes and would prefer to be back in Madrid.
Per Diaz, Real president Florentino Perez has "taken notice" of Di Maria and Ozil's reported desires to return to Los Blancos, with both still capable of contributing at the Bernabeu.
It is unclear, though, where the Argentina international might fit into Zinedine Zidane's squad.
Di Maria can act as both a winger and a playmaker, but given the current form of Cristiano Ronaldo, Isco and Lucas Vazquez, Real arguably do not need another attacking addition in their squad, even with Gareth Bale sidelined.
The same would be true for Ozil, who has thrived of late in the No. 10 position at Arsenal—since the start of the 2015-16 season, he has netted nine Premier League goals and provided 20 assists in 47 appearances, per WhoScored.com.

The Gunners are desperate for him to sign extended terms beyond 2018 given his importance to the side, and he is reportedly happy in London, per Alan Nixon in the Sun.
However, there were previously other reports in Bild that the 28-year-old Germany international would be keen to return to Real should Arsenal's ambitions not match his own, via ESPN FC's Jack Rathborn.
If the Gunners fail to win a major trophy in 2016-17, Ozil may look for a way back to Madrid, and he would likely be available at a relatively low price if he does not sign a new contract.
