Paul Pogba Comments on Manchester United's Struggles After Draw vs. West Ham
Paul Pogba has said Manchester United's players will begin believing they are "cursed" if their winless run at home in the Premier League continues, following their 1-1 draw with West Ham United on Sunday.
He told SFR Sport (h/t ESPN FC's Ian Holyman): "We're going to start to think we're cursed. It doesn't matter which team comes here, we dominate them, be it Arsenal or West Ham today. Our luck will change at one time or another, and it's then that we'll have to take it."
The Frenchman is confident the Red Devils will turn things around, however:

"I'm still confident because we create chances. It'll come. I'm confident in my team. We just have to pay attention to the small details. Today we conceded a daft goal, against Arsenal it was also the small details. I'm still confident, it'll come right. We are dropping silly points, but it'll come right.

United have won just four of their 11 matches since the start of October, with just one coming in the Premier League—away at Swansea City.
To find their last league win at Old Trafford, one must go all the way back to Sept. 24:
As Squawka Football revealed, one of the primary causes of United's struggles is their profligacy in front of goal:
United have only lost twice in that time, and aside from the 4-0 thrashing they received from Chelsea, they have been fairly resolute at the back. But in many of the stalemates to which they've been held, they've dominated possession, shots on goal and chances created.
They did as much against the Hammers on Sunday, per Squawka.
Oliver Holt of the Mail on Sunday praised United despite the draw, while football writer Liam Canning was more critical, but both agreed the club will struggle to achieve their ambitions this season:
The Red Devils have shown a clinical streak here and there—they put four past Feyenoord and Fenerbahce each in the UEFA Europa League and three in the win over Swansea—but in the other seven games since the start of October, they've netted just five and never more than once in a match.
One positive United have enjoyed is Pogba's form. The Frenchman is yet to hit the heights he did at Juventus, but he has been quietly impressive in recent weeks, and he put in a strong shift against the Irons:
The assist was the 23-year-old's first of the campaign, and he has also netted four goals thus far.
With the team struggling to kill the opposition off, the Old Trafford faithful will be hoping for more match-winning contributions from Pogba, and the midfielder does still have room to improve in that area.
More importantly, they need their forward players to show more consistency and a clinical touch in front of goal—until they can do that in successive matches, United's struggles are likely to continue.
