Jerry Jones Reportedly Met with Greg Hardy to Discuss Recent Behavior
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones continues to be emphatic in his support of Greg Hardy, and the two parties reportedly met on Nov. 12 to work out how Hardy can "avoid creating negative issues for himself," per ESPN.com's Jean-Jacques Taylor.
"He is aware that everything he does—his personality, his style, his enthusiasm—it's all going to be interpreted negatively," said Jones regarding his star defensive end. "If he's not aware of that, then he's hurting a lot of people. I think he really gets that. We certainly feel that way. He understands it, and he has agreed to really work on it."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jones and the Cowboys have come under criticism for continuing to employ Hardy, especially after Deadspin's Diana Moskovitz (warning: link contains graphic images and profanity) presented some of the evidence against him from his domestic violence case.
Jason Concepcion, formerly of Grantland, thought Jones' comments trivialized Hardy's transgressions to date:
To a much lesser extent, Hardy also created problems for Dallas when he showed up late for team meetings on Nov. 12. Back in October, he also slapped a clipboard out of the hands of Cowboys special teams coach Rich Bisaccia.
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brandon McCarthy wonders what the NFL equivalent of tax evasion is:
The Cowboys have already looked past a number of reg flags surrounding Hardy, and they'll likely continue to do so as long as the 27-year-old is averaging nearly a sack a game.
Dallas also won't want to do anything to jeopardize its slim hopes of making the playoffs in 2015. Expect Hardy to keep donning the starred helmet for the foreseeable future.
