Winston played by far his best career game to date, steering upward in what's been a topsy-turvy rookie season.
He is available in 75.3 percent of fantasy leagues and has favorable matchups the next three weeks against the Indianapolis Colts, Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints, which might make him worthy of a waiver-wire add as a QB2 option for fantasy playoff contenders.

Evans turned in his third straight double-digit-points performance Sunday, proving he’s finally returned to the form most hoped for when drafting him as a top-tier fantasy receiver.
After a shaky start to the season—just 17 fantasy points through the first five weeks—Evans seems to have found his groove with Winston the past three games, and that rapport should only strengthen through the season’s final stretch.
Evans is proving he’s a must-start commodity as a high WR2 or flex option in any format.

Jackson has been a consistent fantasy force since arriving in Tampa Bay in 2012. He played in all 16 games his first three seasons and tallied more than 1,000 yards per year. But 2015 has been a different story. Jackson missed three games with a knee injury and was inconsistent beforehand.
The Bucs are missing tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who's nursing a shoulder injury, which could be a cause for the uptick in Jackson's and Evans’ stocks. Jackson is owned in just 54.1 percent of leagues, so he may be a worthy add as a weekly dice roll for owners with roster space.
