Carson Palmer, Michael Floyd, Jermaine Gresham Post-Week 7 Fantasy Advice
The Arizona Cardinals survived a scare in their Monday night matchup against the struggling Baltimore Ravens, winning 26-18 to improve to 5-2.
Quarterback Carson Palmer had a strong game and used seven different targets through the air on his way to a 275-yard, two-touchdown effort. Wide receiver Michael Floyd and tight end Jermaine Gresham both had one of their better efforts of the season for the Cardinals.
Here is a breakdown of the trio's night and the fantasy value for each moving forward.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Carson Palmer
| Pass Comp. | Pass Att. | Yards | TD | INT |
| 20 | 29 | 275 | 2 | 0 |
Palmer has been a pleasant fantasy surprise this year after returning from a season-ending ACL injury that caused him to miss the final 10 games in 2014. After Monday's performance, Palmer has now thrown for 2,012 yards and 16 touchdowns on the season.
The quarterback fell just 25 yards shy of his fifth 300-yard performance of the year and is one week removed from a 421-yard performance in a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
There is no reason to think Palmer is going to have any kind of setback, and he is easily a top-five fantasy quarterback. He is third in the NFL in passing yards and tied with Tom Brady for the league lead in touchdowns.
In other words, feel free to use Palmer in leagues of any size and feel confident he will put up big numbers. He has thrown a touchdown in every game this season and has had three games without throwing an interception. If you took the slight risk of drafting the injury-prone quarterback, you should be feeling good right now.
Michael Floyd
| Targets | Receptions | Rec. Yards | Rec. TD |
| 4 | 3 | 59 | 1 |
Floyd has a 1,000-yard season from 2013 under his belt, but 2015 has been disappointing for the former Notre Dame wide receiver. With that said, he had his second-best game of the year against the Ravens, which he capped off with a three-yard second-quarter touchdown.
After reaching the 50-yard receiving mark just once in his first five games, Floyd reached the mark in each of his last two games while also scoring his only two touchdowns of the year.
However, it's not time to bet the farm on Floyd yet. While he did score, so did No. 2 receiver John Brown, and Floyd's four targets Monday tied for fourth on the team with running back Andre Ellington.
Floyd has only 16 receptions on the season and is the team's third option behind Larry Fitzgerald and Brown. The fourth-year veteran is worth a fantasy roster spot, but owners should use him only in the flex position.
If you are thin at wide receiver, he could slide in as a low-end WR3, but don't count on consistency from him.
Jermaine Gresham
| Targers | Receptions | Rec. Yards | Rec. TD |
| 6 | 4 | 62 | 0 |
Gresham, a two-time Pro Bowler, has not played often this year, even for the tight end position. Despite the fact that he didn't score, and hasn't all season, Gresham had a season high in catches and yards against the Ravens and tied Brown for the team lead with six targets. More importantly, he earned most of the snaps at tight end for Arizona, according to ESPN.com's Nathan Jahnke:
Like Floyd, it's too early to jump on the Gresham bandwagon. He doubled his previous season high of three targets in the game but hadn't caught a pass since Oct. 4. His production Monday also came against one of the worst defenses in the NFL.
Gresham has moved onto the tight end fantasy radar, but barely. If you have a bye coming up for your starting tight end, take a flier on Gresham. But don't expect a lot.
If he continues to see the field, though, he'll eventually find the end zone and could be a nice midseason pickup off the waiver wire.
