Liverpool Transfer News: Latest on Andriy Yarmolenko, Jose Enrique, Top Rumours
The latest reports indicate Liverpool are looking seal to a last-minute swoop for Dynamo Kiev winger Andriy Yarmolenko, while Jose Enrique is set to finally complete his Anfield exit and move to West Bromwich Albion.
Italian website Tuttomercatoweb claimed the Reds will pay Yarmolenko's £14.5 million release clause. That's despite the Ukraine international telling Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger he wishes to move to Barcelona, per Uche Amako of the Daily Express, saying: "I am very grateful but my dream is to play for Barca."

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers will look to succeed where Wenger did not, and there is room for Yarmolenko's arrival after Serbian Lazar Markovic joined Turkish titans Fenerbahce on loan over the weekend.
Marc Williams of the Daily Star reported Everton and Borussia Dortmund have also been chasing a deal for Yarmolenko this summer. According to beIN Sports' Tancredi Palmeri, the Black and Yellows were close to a €15 million deal:
The 25-year-old scored 19 goals in 43 appearances across all competitions last season and has long been a fan favourite in the Ukrainian capital after arriving at the outfit eight years ago.
According to FourFourTwo's Charles Ducksbury, the Dynamo Kiev fans are even willing to sell their attacking star after he has made such a large contribution to the club in recent years:
Liverpool sold Raheem Sterling to Manchester City earlier this summer in a deal that could rise to £49 million, but they are yet to sign a natural wing replacement for the England international this summer.
Meanwhile, Enrique's long-anticipated departure from Merseyside is set to be confirmed after James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo confirmed a deal has been agreed with West Brom for "a nominal fee":
The Telegraph's Dan Lucas and Callum Davis reported the Baggies will pay around £1 million for the left-back in what could prove to be a valuable acquisition should the Spaniard remain fit.
The Spaniard made just two Premier League starts under Rodgers last season after falling behind Alberto Moreno in the pecking order and contending with a recurring knee injury.

However, any chance of Enrique making his way back into Liverpool's first team appeared to have been dashed by the emergence of summer signing Joe Gomez, who has been Rodgers' first choice in defence.
With Enrique no longer serving a purpose at Anfield, his departure promises to free up space on the club's wage bill and could even open the door to a deadline-day signing for Rodgers' side.
