French Open 2026 Bracket, TV Schedule, Live Stream and Odds for Roland-Garros
The 2026 French Open is set to begin on Sunday, and it'll deliver at least one new champion this year.
While reigning women's champion Coco Gauff will look to defend her title, two-time defending men's champion Carlos Alcaraz won't be in the 2026 field. Alcaraz is rehabbing a wrist injury and has already withdrawn from the French Open and Wimbledon.
"My recovery is going well and I feel much better, but unfortunately I'm still not ready to be able to play," Alcaraz posted on X.
Fortunately, both singles brackets are still loaded with star power and should bring plenty of excitement to Roland-Garros. Fans can track all of the action, primarily on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max. Full broadcast and live stream details can be found here.

Tournament Preview

While fans won't get to see Alcaraz chase a three-peat, they could still see a bit of history in the men's bracket.
Jannik Sinner, the No. 1 seed and world's top-ranked player, has a chance to secure his career Grand Slam. The 24-year-old Italian came close to winning the French Open last year but fell just short in an epic final battle with Alcaraz.
Sinner comes into Roland-Garros on a 29-match winning streak.
Novak Djokovic, meanwhile, will have a chance to win his fourth French Open, a feat only six other men's players have accomplished. The No. 3 seed, Djokovic is also seeking his 25th major trophy.
Alexander Zverev is the No. 2 seed in the men's bracket and is in Djokovic's side of the draw. Zverev made it to the 2024 final before losing to Alcaraz.
There's a very real chance that we may see a Sinner-Zverev or Sinner-Djokovic final this year, and all three are widely expected to reach the quarterfinals.
While Gauff will have the opportunity to defend her title, the competition will be fierce. The 22-year-old, who enters as the No. 4 seed, isn't even considered a heavy favorite.
Last year's runner-up, Aryna Sabalenka, enters as the No. 1 seed, though she may carry health concerns.
"I'd say that probably it's like my lower back, connected to the hip, which (was) kind of like limiting me from the full rotation," Sabalenka said, following an early exit at the Italian Open, per The Athletic's Charlie Eccleshare.
Sabalenka defeated Gauff earlier this year at the Miami Open.
Other top contenders in the women's bracket include Iga Świątek, who is chasing a fifth French Open victory, and No. 2, seed Elena Rybakina. Świątek is still searching for her first singles championship of 2026, while Rybakina is seeking her first Roland-Garros championship after a pair of quarterfinal appearances (2021, 2024).
If things unfold as expected, these four could headline the women's quarterfinals.
The men's and women's quarterfinals are scheduled to take place on June 2, with the women's final set for June 6 and the men's final set for June 7.
