Seacrest previously made a donation to the school so that construction of the stadium can begin in the spring, per Feldman.
He played on Dunwoody's football team during his high school days, helping the school capture the 1992 AAAA Regional Championship in Georgia.
David Kelly, Seacrest's former coach, described his physical playing style.
"He was feisty," Kelly said, per Feldman. "He'd knock the crap out of people."
Seacrest also presented the morning announcements for the school.
After graduating, he gained popularity as an Emmy-winning television host, radio personality and executive producer for shows including American Idol and Wheel of Fortune.
