Ranking the 5 Best Picks for Final Member of Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman Faction on Raw
Seth Rollins wasted no time in following up his hot heel turn and shocking partnership with Paul Heyman from Night 1 of WrestleMania 41 by forming a faction of his own and aligning with Bron Breakker on the subsequent edition of WWE Raw.
It was exactly the shot of adrenaline Monday nights needed heading into post-WrestleMania season, though the execution of the group has left a bit to be desired so far.
Rollins, Heyman and Breakker eventually recruited the returning Bronson Reed into their ranks at the May 24 installment of Saturday Night's Main Event and they've dominated the Raw roster ever since, including by seizing control of the men's Money in the Bank briefcase and making a multitude of enemies in the process.
However, they haven't quite caught fire in the way they should have by now and have yet to firmly establish their motives for joining forces.
Despite that, fan speculation is running rampant that WWE could be looking to add another name to Rollins' crew sooner rather than later. It's important they find their footing collectively before continuing to expand, but one more member could make all the difference depending on who it is.
The following are the five strongest fits for the final piece of Rollins' grand vision.
5. Sami Zayn
1 of 5
It's worth noting that within a week of coming together, the first person Rollins and Co. targeted was Sami Zayn.
Before making life miserable for the former intercontinental champion, The Visionary's original intention was to enlist Zayn knowing his potential and promising he wouldn't win a world title in WWE without his help.
Zayn refused the offer and has been at odds with the faction ever since.
Considering he hasn't had a whole lot of luck so far, The Underdog from the Underground may eventually adopt the mindset of, "If you can't beat them, join them."
Zayn has been positioned as WWE's ultimate underdog, so it would be difficult to imagine a scenario in which he'd go against his morals and align with Raw's top heel stable.
Although Zayn standing up to Rollins would make for a fine payoff down the road, it'd be just as effective for the former to beat the latter in a high-profile match—ideally with a world title up for grabs—without ever working alongside him.
Zayn is a better rival for the Rollins-led group than an ally, but the shocking decision for him to give in would certainly make for an interesting swerve in the storyline.
4. Carmelo Hayes
2 of 5
WWE's extremely questionable use of Carmelo Hayes on the main roster has been a hot topic of conversation among fans in recent months.
Despite a successful stint in NXT and being drafted first by SmackDown in 2024, the 30-year-old has hardly amounted to much on the main roster so far.
Aside from a strong series of matches against Andrade, he's largely been relegated to the sidelines and his partnership with The Miz has been more of a hindrance than a help.
His best bet would be to ditch The A-Lister for Paul Heyman, who'd serve as a a significantly better manager for him. Hayes has proved he can hold his own both in the ring and on the mic, but being aligned with stars such as Rollins and Breakker (who he has a rich history with from NXT) would cause his stock to skyrocket instantly.
Hayes is going nowhere fast on Friday nights and could greatly benefit not only from moving to Mondays but also by linking up with Rollins. He'd bring a fresh dynamic to the group that isn't already there and hopefully be given more chances to shine, especially if he's mixing it up with top talent.
If Rollins wants WWE's future in his ranks, he need look no further than Hayes.
3. Ricky Saints
3 of 5In very swift time, Ricky Starks made the jump from All Elite Wrestling to WWE and then made an immediate impact on NXT.
Within weeks, he captured the NXT North American Championship and cemented his status as one of the fastest-rising stars in the history of the brand.
Those familiar with the rechristened Ricky Saints from the time he spent in AEW and other promotions are aware he's a very promising prospect. He's had his fair share of standout matches over the years and is exceptionally skilled on the mic, both as a babyface and as a heel.
The fact that the 35-year-old lost the North American title so soon after winning it could be a sign he's main roster-bound in the not-too-distant future.
If so, it becomes a question of where he'd fit into the current landscape of Raw and SmackDown. It would be criminal to call him up without a plan in place, and putting him in Rollins' crew would give him direction and purpose right out of the gate.
He's so vastly different than everyone else already in the group that he could be what they've been missing. The only concern is he'd be a background player, but if WWE can avoid that, then Saints is an option worth exploring.
2. Austin Theory
4 of 5
Austin Theory's fall from grace in the last two years has been discouraging for fans to watch given the momentum he had shortly after moving to the main roster.
Vince McMahon's removal from WWE Creative was clearly the turning point as he never really recovered from fumbling his Money in the Bank cash-in or being verbally eviscerated by John Cena prior to WrestleMania 39, two things Triple H was responsible for as the head booker.
He's since been saddled with Grayson Waller and treading water in Raw's tag team division. The two have been teasing tension for well over a year and are no closer to splitting up based on how infrequently they appear on WWE TV.
A babyface turn may have worked for Theory at one point, but it's too late for him to be looked at as any sort of serious threat, even if he were to part ways with Waller imminently. But a pairing with Heyman and Rollins may be worth a shot.
Theory was previously under Rollins' tutelage in 2020. The alliance didn't last long, but it did lead to the 27-year-old being prominently featured on Raw for a brief period of time.
He has all the tools necessary to be a breakout star but needs to be booked and showcased like one. That can't happen until he's slotted into a storyline that affords him that opportunity, and Rollins' character should want to play a role in rehabbing his career and guiding him on the right path.
1. Ethan Page
5 of 5
If WWE is looking for a fresh face from NXT to fill out Rollins' faction, Ethan Page would be the best possible person for the vacant spot.
Of everyone who has transitioned from AEW to WWE in the last few years, the 35-year-old has arguably had the most success so far, at least compared to what he was doing before.
Page quickly captured the NXT Championship, carried the brand on his back for the latter half of 2024 and went on to win the NXT North American Championship following Stand and Deliver 2025.
He continues to excel at everything he's involved in and shouldn't be far off a main roster call-up. He'd likely flourish on his own, but being a part of something as important as Rollins' faction could be the ultimate endorsement of his skills and potential.
Similar to Saints, his promo ability alone would make him an excellent addition to the crew. He shouldn't be the one eating all the pinfalls for them, but he can wage war on the microphone with anyone who finds themselves in the group's crosshairs.
Once Rollins is ready to recruit again, Page should be the one who answers the call. He's the unique flavor the faction has been missing and can help make them the exciting act they're well on their way to becoming.
