And here's a look at how Wednesday's games went.
Coastal Carolina 11, Louisville 3
Colby Thorndyke led the Chanticleers with a 3-for-5 day, knocking in five runners and scoring twice himself. Blake Barthol scored three runs, and catcher Caden Bodine smacked two hits at leadoff.
Coastal Carolina scored six first-inning runs and never looked back. The Chanticleers put their first six runners on base with a single, two hit batters, another single, a walk and then Thorndyke's bases-clearing double for a 5-0 lead.
After a strikeout, Ty Dooley's RBI single made it 6-0.
The score remained the same until the bottom of the fifth, when Dean Mihos' two-run triple made it 8-0.
Louisville stayed alive, though, with a three-spot in the sixth courtesy of a Tague Davis double, a Garret Pike single and a Kamau Neighbors single.
However, Coastal Carolina responded with two in the bottom of the frame after Barthol's RBI single and Thorndyke's RBI after being hit by a pitch with the bases loaded.
Thorndyke amassed his fifth and final RBI in the eighth inning after a run-scoring single.
Riley Eikhoff got the win on the mound for the Chanticleers, who are in the CWS (and finals) for the second time in school history. They won their only other time in 2016, taking down Arizona.
LSU 6, Arkansas 5
A heroic effort from Jared Jones, who went 3-for-5 with a home run and a pair of RBI, sent LSU to another College World Series Final.
Both teams started slow offensively, but the Razorbacks struck first when Ryder Helfrick hit a solo homer in the top of the fourth.
The Tigers took the lead in the bottom of the sixth when Jake Brown hit a single to left center to drive in a pair of runs.
Arkansas had its back against the wall in the eighth, trailing by a run as the offense struggled. The Razorbacks got just what they needed, though. An error by the Tigers allowed a pair of runners to come across, giving the Razorbacks a one-run lead.
But LSU was right back in it after Jared Jones homered to right center to tie things up.
Arkansas responded in the top of the ninth, scoring a pair of runs on a single from Justin Thomas Jr. to take a two-run lead.
With a two-run lead and two outs, the Razorbacks seemed on their way to another game, but LSU had just enough. The Tigers got a pair of runners on, and Luis Hernandez came up clutch, hitting a line drive to center field that just managed to get down, driving in both runs and tying the game.
That set up Jones to be the hero as his single got through the infield and drove in Hernandez, securing the win and a trip to the final.
LSU now has a date with the Chanticleers, starting on Saturday.
