Penn State's Carter Starocci defeated Dustin Plott 9-3 to earn his fifth trip to the 184 finals.
That victory will set up a highly-anticipated final against Northern Iowa's Parker Keckeisen, who earned his trip to the finals with a sudden victory over Minnesota's Max McEnelly.
Meanwhile, rising Penn State star and No. 1 seed Luke Lilledahl was upset by Lehigh's Sheldon Seymour in the 125 quarterfinals.
The bracket was further shifted by NC State's Vincent Robinson, who won his semifinal over Seymour to become the first 125-pound wrestler in Wolfpack history to advance to the finals.
Robinson will now get the chance to take on Oklahoma State's Troy Spratley for the title.
Ohio State's Jesse Mendez, who lost to Penn State's Beau Barlett earlier this month in the Big Ten Championships third place match, earned redemption with a victory in the 141 semifinals.
Mendez will now face Nebraska's Brock Hardy in the finals.
OSU's Wyatt Hendrickson eliminated defending national champion Greg Kerkvliet of Penn State to advance to the 285 finals.
Hendrickson is now set to take on Minnesota's Gable Steveson for the title.
The Big Ten will be the most heavily represented conference this weekend after sending 13 wrestlers to the championship finals.
The finals are set to begin Saturday at 7 p.m. ET. The full event schedule can be found at NCAA.com.
