Uggla Acts Immature Towards Ramirez
When a team is in a free fall, problems emanate in the team's locker room. That's what the Marlins are dealing with after losing seven of their last 10 games last night.
Hanley Ramirez's exit in last night's game bothered Uggla, and Uggla decided to call Ramirez out this afternoon for bailing out on his teammates by leaving the game with a hamstring injury.
Ramirez turned defensive, and he and Uggla yelled at each other prior to tonight's game between the Braves and Marlins.

Gonzalez decided to sit the star shortstop because Ramirez was not in the right frame of mind to play after his day with Uggla.
Uggla is wrong for making that type of accusation. It's dangerous to make that assertion when he never experienced playing with the injury Ramirez had.
Ramirez does not seem like a guy that would do this.
Sure, Ramirez can act odd or petulant at times, and we saw it this year with him reacting about the rule of not wearing dreadlocks. He also called out his starter for not throwing at another batter after he got hit.
With that said, he would not go out of his way to leave the game unless it hurts bad enough for him not to be able to play.
This is the same player who played through hip, wrist and hamstring injuries; not to mention he wanted to play in today's game.
We all get caught up with wanting players to go through the pain because it shows that the player cares about winning, and his teammates. We want everyone to be like hockey players, who play with broken bones come playoff time.
That's easier said than done.
If the injury is affecting his performance, there is no point playing and costing the team games by not playing well.
Ramirez has not played well lately, and there is a good chance the hamstring injury is hindering his ability to play. He made the right decision to leave the game in the fourth inning especially after the team laid down in that game Tuesday night.
It's likely Uggla was frustrated with the losses so he used Ramirez as a scapegoat to vent his problems.
It happens when a team is losing.
If the team is winning, would anyone hear a peep of this?
It probably would not happen.
This incident shows the immaturity of this group for someone to react this way.
Ramirez could have done a better job of not taking it personally.
It's unfortunate it has come down to this.
The Marlins hope that this brings the team together or these kids realize turning against each other is not the right way to go about adversity.
The latter would be what the Marlins prefer.
