WWE Payback 2015: Undercard Matches Fans Deserve to See
Despite the Fatal 4-Way match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship grabbing a fair old bit of WWE Payback's spotlight, it doesn't mean there won't be matches to keep fans entertained elsewhere on the pay-per-view's card.
Dean Ambrose's sudden leap into the main event is proof that WWE is keeping tabs on the middle of the card, even if some wrestling fans aren't completely happy with the character development of other popular stars.
What is certain is there could be some good matches lined up for Payback away from the main event, and they're contests that fans definitely deserve to see.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Bad News Barrett vs. Neville
After Daniel Bryan was deemed unable to compete at Extreme Rules, this match was quickly pieced together for the pre-show at WWE's last pay-per-view.
Even though it was a last-minute thing, it was a contest that had some nice moments—not least because it involved Neville.
He's made a real splash since arriving on the main roster, with fans clearly buying into his high-octane, energetic style of wrestling.
He makes a nice opponent for Bad News Barrett, or perhaps that should be King Barrett. Their final in the King of the Ring showed what they can both do, and a match on the main show at Payback would be a great addition to the card.
As an English wrestling fan, too, it would be simply sensational to see two guys from the same country go at it.
Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler
You almost feel like there's a lot more to come in this feud from both Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler.
Their match at Extreme Rules was good, and the ending to the contest left the door open for a potential rematch the next time WWE headed to pay-per-view.
Although the contest hasn't been locked in yet, that doesn't mean it won't happen. In fact, the WWE has kept them sparring off against each other sporadically in recent weeks, which leaves fans wanting a little bit more.
The fact that they haven't gone one-on-one together since Extreme Rules has perhaps kept the interest level in this rivalry up, too.
Sheamus has been on a real roll since returning to WWE as a heel, whilst Ziggler will always garner a significant level of popularity amongst wrestling fans. Should they meet again at Payback, it will be well worth watching.
Cesaro and Tyson Kidd vs. The New Day
Who'd have thought a few weeks ago that The New Day could be in an undercard match fans deserved to see?
Its shocking win at Extreme Rules gave the stable a major shock victory, and its heel turn is growing by the week.
The WWE has played the slow-burner approach here clearly, and Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston are starting to get more and more heat each week.
That makes them perfect opponents for both Cesaro and Tyson Kidd, who are undergoing a character shift of their own.
They've become more and more prominent as babyfaces in recent weeks, and they've also provided a bit of humor outside the ring.
