Arsenal Transfer News: Latest on Marco Reus, James Milner, Paulo Dybala Rumours
Jurgen Klopp's shock decision to step down as manager of Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, as shared by beIN SPORTS USA, has added another twist to Arsenal's chances of landing star forward Marco Reus when the transfer window opens:
Footballer-turned-pundit Jan Aage Fjortoft refused to rule out the possibility of the Germany international taking the opportunity to jump ship at the end of the season when asked on Twitter:

The 25-year-old signed a contract extension in February, via the Daily Mirror's Alex Richards, all but ending the Gunners' chances of bringing him to the Emirates at a discount.
But with Klopp no longer at the helm of the club, Reus could be among a host of stars, including Mats Hummels and Ilkay Gundogan, who would rather start the next chapter of their careers instead of hoping the new manager can replicate the success Klopp had with Die Schwarzgelben.
Football writer Ben Lyttleton certainly thinks so:
Reus is still under contract until 2019, and Dortmund would obviously prefer to keep hold of one of their biggest stars during a time of change. But it's not hard to imagine the Bundesliga club agreeing to a deal for a massive fee, handing the new manager a significant budget to start building his own squad.
James Milner Reportedly Eyeing Arsenal Switch

The Sun's Shaun Custis (subscription required) reports Manchester City's James Milner would prefer a move to the Gunners over an extended stay with Manchester City or a transfer to Liverpool.
Milner hasn't been a part of Manuel Pellegrini's starting XI when the squad has been at full health, and while he's been more than serviceable when called upon, his days with the Citizens appear to be numbered.
As shared by the BBC's Nick Sutton, Sun Sport understand the Gunners are quite keen to complete the move:
The England international may not be the flashiest name out there, but he's a proven Premier League contributor who will be out of contract by the end of the season. For a minimal investment, it makes sense to bring him in and strengthen a talented but inexperienced side.
Whether Milner would be an instant and regular starter for the Gunners is a whole other matter, however, and with playing time seemingly the main reason he prefers a move away from the Etihad, Liverpool remains the most logical destination. The Reds need a replacement for Steven Gerrard, and Bleacher Report's Thom Gibbs likes his fit at Anfield:
Arsene Wenger should at the very least make a play for the versatile star, but it's far too early to consider the Gunners as favourites over the Reds.
Paulo Dybala Setback

Juventus remain the favourites in the race for Palermo starlet Paulo Dybala, and as reported by the Daily Express' Izzy Horsefield, the Bianconeri will meet with the striker's current club to come to an agreement during the course of this week.
Club president Maurizio Zamparini admitted the Italian champions are in pole position, although he remains adamant the race is far from over:
“Right now, Juve are in pole position. They want to close the deal in a week. But, of course, I want the best possible deal. Dybala is being auctioned."
BeIN SPORTS USA are reporting a similar story:
The 21-year-old is bursting with potential, but given his relative lack of experience, it makes sense for him to stay in Italy and continue his development for the time being.
Juventus have been looking for a replacement for Carlos Tevez, and Bleacher Report's Adam Digby believes his Palermo compatriot may be the perfect candidate:
Arsenal could use Dybala's incredible production—13 goals and nine assists this season, per WhoScored.com—and tantalising potential, even if he wouldn't be an immediate starter in 2015-16.
Juventus have to rely on complicated deals involving several players going to Palermo on loan, and a significant offer could easily sway Zamparini into selling his star to a foreign club. The Bianconeri remain favourites for now, but there's still plenty of time to change that.
