WrestleMania 32: Dream Matches Fans Want to See at Next Year's PPV
WrestleMania 31 is in the history books, and after a wild night in the Bay Area, WWE fans can already start to envision what could take place at WrestleMania next year.
It's the one night of the year where WWE truly goes all out, looking to treat its fans to things they didn't think they'd ever see.
With that said, here is a list of matches many fans would like to see take place in Dallas next year. By no means do we feel all of these matches would happen on the same night. In fact, there's just about no chance of that.
However, it would be pretty nice if some of them did. After all, we can all dream, can't we?
If you have yet to watch WrestleMania, please be forewarned that this article does contain spoilers.
The Bella Twins vs. Trish Stratus and Lita
1 of 9
Bringing in women from the past may be the only way to get fans interested in a Divas match in today's WWE. Could Trish Stratus and Lita really have one more match in them?
During an interview with WWE's Tom Phillips on the WrestleMania pre-show, Lita seemed intrigued by the idea of teaming with her best friend and fellow Hall of Famer to face Brie and Nikki Bella.
"Lita tells Tom Phillips she & Trish vs. Bella Twins has a certain ring to it. Do we have our first WrestleMania 32 super match penciled in?
— Wade Keller (@thewadekeller) March 29, 2015"
While The Bella Twins didn't fare well at WrestleMania 31, losing to the team of AJ Lee and Paige, this match is one they could surely get up for.
With the chance to see two of the most popular Divas in WWE history make a return, fans probably wouldn't complain.
New World Order vs. D-Generation X

Yes, it would have been better 10 years ago. It would have been decent five years ago. Perhaps it wouldn't be the prettiest match in WrestleMania history, but fans would still want to see it.
One of the best moments at WrestleMania 31 was the involvement of both the nWo and DX. They ended up playing a significant role in the match between Sting and Triple H.
While every member of the group is well past his prime, a match between the top two groups in wrestling history seems like a must now.
Perhaps WWE could even choose to induct guys like X-Pac and the New Age Outlaws into the Hall of Fame next year.

— Clinton IYH (@ClintonIYH) March 30, 2015"
As far as who would represent each group, that would be up to WWE's discretion.
As stated, it wouldn't be a technical masterpiece. If signed, the jokes about the ages and conditions of the competitors would be everywhere. But it would be a nice way to finally give fans a battle they always wanted.
Sting vs. Undertaker
3 of 9
You knew this match was going to make this list. But at WrestleMania 31, both Sting and Undertaker proved they can still go, despite both men being in their 50s.
Sting's loss to Triple H may have dealt this dream match a bit of a blow, but until it happens, fans are always going to want to see it.
WrestleMania 32 takes place in Dallas, a logical stopping point for the career of Undertaker. Sting as his final opponent would make a lot of sense.

What happens between now and WrestleMania 32 for these two men is a mystery. The good thing is they could do absolutely nothing in that time frame, and WWE would still be able to come up with an excellent build into the match.
John Cena vs. Kevin Owens
4 of 9
In recent years, John Cena has been placed outside the main event picture at WrestleMania, and his opponents have been young, up-and-coming talents.
Cena has faced Bray Wyatt and Rusev at the last two WrestleMania events, and while he has won both matches, being able to face a Superstar of Cena's stature at the biggest show of the year has helped build the career of Wyatt and now Rusev.
Both men should be booked toward the top of the card for quite some time.
Kevin Owens, the current NXT champion, has future WWE champion written all over him. It's just a matter of time before he is called up to wreak havoc on the main roster the same way he has in NXT.
WWE could actually let that play out for several more months before calling Owens up and having him make Cena an early target.
What better way to unleash Owens on the WWE Universe and make him one of the top heels on the roster than to put him against the face of the company at WrestleMania?
Dolph Ziggler vs. Daniel Bryan
5 of 9
Daniel Bryan became the new WWE intercontinental champion at WrestleMania 32, winning a wild ladder match that featured seven Superstars.
One of those Superstars was Dolph Ziggler. In fact, it was Bryan and Ziggler slugging it out atop the ladder at the end of the match. Bryan got the best of that battle before yanking the belt down.
But that should just leave fans wanting more.
WWE could book a match between these two men next year whether or not the title would be on the line. Give them any stipulation, perhaps a 2-out-of-3 Falls match or even another ladder match.
Bryan and Ziggler are two of the most gifted athletes in WWE, and given the right amount of time and a great story behind it, these two men could create one of the best matches in WrestleMania history.
Triple H vs. CM Punk
6 of 9
Yes, this one is highly unlikely. But so were a lot of things that we have seen eventually take place inside a WWE ring.
CM Punk is currently slated to fight in the UFC, and the date for his first fight has yet to be set as he trains and prepares for his new career after walking out on WWE.
Because of the way he left wrestling, there are probably a lot of people out there who don't care to see Punk come back. However, Brock Lesnar did the same thing, and he was welcomed back.
Punk probably has no desire to ever compete in WWE again. But let's say he has his first MMA fight and it goes bad. Let's say it goes horribly bad.
Perhaps Punk would rethink his new career choice. Perhaps he'd be willing to discuss a return to his previous career. If that were the case, the animosity between he and WWE officials that has been made very public in recent months could be used as fuel to set up this match.
As a result, WWE would have an excellent story to lead into a heated battle between two men who genuinely seem to dislike one another.
Brock Lesnar vs. Batista
7 of 9
With the recent news that Lesnar has made the decision to re-sign with WWE, plans can start to be made for his future.
What those plans contain is anyone's guess, but WWE will have a greater opportunity to give fans more matches involving Lesnar that at one time seemed impossible to book.
Lesnar taking on Batista has long been on that list.
Though Batista is not currently under WWE contract, and he has been filming roles in upcoming movies, there is always a possibility WWE could get him to come work a short angle with Lesnar if the timing was right.
Batista has always been close to Triple H, and because a match with Lesnar would likely create a big payday, Batista's good friend would probably be able to make an enticing sales pitch.
Whether or not Batista is done with wrestling remains uncertain, but if he only has one match left in him, it has to be this one.
Triple Threat: Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose
8 of 9
Seth Rollins shocked the world when he cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase at WrestleMania 31. He stole the moment from his old ally, Roman Reigns, in the process.
It's inevitable that Reigns and Rollins will battle over the next several months with the WWE title on the line, but adding Dean Ambrose to the mix would make things even more entertaining.
The Shield was one of the most dominant groups in wrestling history. After Rollins turned on Reigns and Ambrose, he ended up facing both men in high-profile matches.
However, we still don't know who is the best. Rollins has reached the top of WWE first, but that won't come without controversy.
Having the three men battle it out in a Triple Threat would be a match that the WWE Universe would get behind. It would also answer the question of just who is the best of the three Superstars.
Triple H and Stephanie McMahon vs. The Rock and Ronda Rousey
9 of 9
If WWE wants to make this match happen, the groundwork was laid at WrestleMania 31.
In one of the best segments of the entire event, The Rock and his Furious 7 co-star, Ronda Rousey, had it out with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. The current UFC women's bantamweight champion even got her hands on McMahon.
Rousey, a massive WWE fan, would make a great addition to any card. But booking her for a match at WrestleMania 32 would be huge.
Of course, WWE would have some hurdles to clear in order for this match to take place.
First, there's no way that UFC President Dana White would allow her to compete in WWE, right? But what if he did? What if WWE worked out a deal with him? Perhaps something involving Lesnar could work.

— Dana White (@danawhite) March 30, 2015"
If WWE got past that obstacle, something would have to be done to make Stephanie a believable opponent for The Baddest Woman on the Planet. WWE may have to put Stephanie in the corner of her team for the match and use one of the Divas in her place.
"@StephMcMahon vs @RondaRousey at #WrestleMania 32 next year in Arlington, Texas. Slam dunk for many reasons...just think it through.
— Jim Ross (@JRsBBQ) March 30, 2015"
Either way, having Rousey compete at WrestleMania would make headlines all over the world. If you throw The Rock into it, you have what would become one of the most talked-about matches in WrestleMania history.
