Sting Comments on Future with WWE After WrestleMania 31
WrestleMania 31 might be the first and last time wrestling fans see Sting compete in a WWE ring.
The legendary star admitted to Dan Gelston of The Associated Press that this Sunday's pay-per-view could be a one-off occasion:
"I'm feeling like this is probably going to be my last one. We'll see how everyone reacts. If I'm asked to do one more at Survivor Series or maybe even WrestleMania next year, at this point, I would consider it. But realistically, this is going to be my last one.

It shouldn't exactly come as a revelation that Sting is considering walking away from his in-ring career. He's 56 years old and has accomplished almost everything a pro wrestler possibly could. Plus, after he battles Triple H, there aren't a ton of storylines in which you could naturally insert a legend like Sting.
The only viable option would be a match at a major PPV with The Undertaker, a scenario that Sting himself told Gelston he had attempted to convince WWE into booking but to no avail.
Bleacher Report's Graham Matthews doesn't think that a Sting-Undertaker match is completely out of the discussion:
SB Nation's Cageside Seats envisions a massive clash at next year's WrestleMania:
No matter what Sting does from here, simply seeing him finally make the jump to WWE was all wrestling fans could have asked for. At least he joined the company at a time in which he could put on a match at the biggest show of the year.
Sting was one of the biggest stars of the 1990s, and a generation of fans will never forget his feud with the nWo from 1996 through 1997. Should WrestleMania 31 be his pro wrestling swan song, it will truly be the end of an era.
