WWE's Top Tweets, Instagram Photos and Viral Videos for Week of March 23
WrestleMania's buzz saturated the world of WWE social media this week.
Twitter and YouTube offered history lessons on the event. Paul Heyman continued the build to Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar via tweets, and Jon Gruden broke down the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in a fun clip.
Snoop Dogg, Dolph Ziggler and The Hurricane played their parts in crafting shareable WWE content as well.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
That first name is the one that stands out. As small as The Hurricane (Gregory Shane Helms) is compared to the beasts of the sport, Snoop Dogg's physique makes him look like Hercules Hernandez.
The rapper appeared on Monday's Raw in a funny segment with Hulk Hogan and Curtis Axel. Snoop later had fun with the idea of SnoopMania:
Before teaming with Hogan and trying to emulate him in the ring, Snoop met up with his cousin and current NXT women's champ Sasha Banks backstage:
If these two ever took a family feud to the ring, Banks would be the safe bet to walk away the winner.
Snoop Dogg's comfort zone is on the mic. Banks is at home on the mat. As for Ziggler, Twitter has been as much his stomping grounds as the ring has.
He showed that off again in an exchange with Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks. Jackson's Bullet Club uses a hand gesture that is very reminiscent of The Kliq's "too-sweet" pose. Apparently those teams aren't the only ones doing it.
When Jackson asked Ziggler to give him the signature sign, The Showoff enlisted a little help:
Ziggler has to now prep for the Intercontinental Championship ladder match at WrestleMania, hoping not only to win that title, but to create a memorable moment. The show's history is brimming with them.
Complex Magazine took fans on a journey back in time to celebrate many of them in an excellent illustrated history piece:
WWE offered its own set of WrestleMania flashbacks. The company complied a trove of big-time moves that had an effect on how The Show of Shows played out, and they were kind enough to share it on YouTube:
If that doesn't get you pumped for the upcoming pay-per-view, perhaps the former coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers can help.
Gruden took a break from analyzing quarterback prospects to take a look at the Superstars set to compete in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. The coach shared his thoughts on Ryback, Titus O'Neil and Andre himself in a clip for WWE:
Truthfully, Gruden did a better job hyping the Battle Royal than WWE has. The WrestleMania build has been a series of highs and lows, most notably taking a nosedive at the end of Monday's Raw.
Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns shared a ring for the first time ever. Did they brawl? Did they have an attention-grabbing staredown? No and no.
They had a tug of war for the WWE title instead, one that lacked any juice. Helms was one of many folks who noticed. He knocked the segment on Twitter:
MMA fighter Tom Lawlor saw things in a similar way:
In spite of that flop, intrigue surrounds the upcoming main event. For Reigns, it's the culmination of a journey, the declaration of his arrival to the marquee.
He hasn't made that journey alone. His daughter has been at his side. She took a tour of Levi's Stadium with her father, sharing a touching moment that made its way to Instagram:
Reigns soon faces a man who does his touching by way of German suplexes and haymakers.
Lesnar's manager has long promised that the challenger is set to catch a whipping at WrestleMania. Heyman and Reigns crossed paths on ESPN's SportsNation.
The manager took the opportunity to show respect, but used Twitter to take one last shot at the No. 1 contender:
Last year, Heyman told fans countless times that Lesnar would defeat Undertaker. Few believed him. This time around, he's promising bad things for Reigns.
Whether Heyman proves prophetic again is one of the many stories that add to WrestleMania's top bout.
