Madrid Interested in Kane

The 21-year-old initially put pen to paper on a five-year deal in August but has since enjoyed a breakout season for Spurs, and the club is now willing to reward the budding star with a drastic increase in wages, believed to be around £35,000 per week, per ESPN FC.
Kane has scored 16 goals in 23 total appearances, according to WhoScored.com, establishing himself as one of the best young forwards in England.
According to Spanish website Fichajes, his impressive displays led to Real Madrid keeping tabs on the player, news that likely wasn't received well in north London:
It's unlikely a club of Real's calibre would chase a player like Kane with serious urgency, given the fact the youngster has only proven his value for half a season at a club that has limited attacking options besides the 21-year-old.
Other Premier League clubs would undoubtedly be interested, however, having seen what the England U21 can do from up close. The fact he's a home-grown player only adds to his appeal, and if he continues developing at a fast rate, it wouldn't be a shock if the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United started launching bids in the near future.
An improved contract with competitive wages will give Spurs a strong bargaining chip as they try to keep the promising forward in their ranks, and if Kane's wild celebrations with his teammates after the win against Sheffield United are anything to go by, he'll happily continue his career at White Hart Lane:
Kane's rise to the top of English football has been meteoric, and an improved contract is well-deserved. Reported interest from Los Blancos is flattering, but the striker is still quite raw and has plenty of developing to do before he can truly count himself among the top forwards of the sport.
Until that day, there are few places better for his development than Tottenham, where he will have every opportunity to start and play meaningful minutes in both the Premier League and the Europa League.
