"The Giants signed three players off their practice squad to take their place. They were offensive lineman Eric Herman, linebacker James Davidson and defensive tackle Dominique Hamilton.
Linebacker Paul Hazel and defensive end Jordan Stanton were added to the practice squad.

New York Giants defensive end Robert Ayers Jr. suffered a pectoral injury in Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars and was ruled out for the remainder of the game, according to the team’s official Twitter account:
The 29-year-old Ayers is in his sixth season in the NFL and his first with New York. In 11 games with the Giants entering Week 13, he had 21 combined tackles, five sacks and one forced fumble.
