WWE Raw: Potential Spoilers, Rumors, News and Preview for Nov. 3
Team Cena's in-progress formation will be at the center of the Nov. 3 edition of WWE Raw, with or without John Cena himself.
When WWE travels to the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, New York, it could be without its top star. There's reason to believe that Monday's Raw will also see a former world champion temporarily take his leave of the company.
The midcarders and the WWE talent edging into headliner status will get some key opportunities both on Raw and on Survivor Series' yet-to-be-assembled card. You won't see Dean Ambrose shedding any tears over Cena's absence.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Will The Wyatt Family be around to make use of those chances? Are we set to see Big Show and Mark Henry play the respective roles of immovable object and unstoppable force?
Backstage reports, James Wortman's five-point preview on WWE.com and events in the last editions of SmackDown and Raw offer answers to those questions.
News, Potential Spoilers
Monday's Raw may mark the last time we see Randy Orton for a good while.
Writing for PWInsider, Dave Scherer reports that Orton "will not be going on the overseas tour as he will be filming The Condemned 2." When a fan asked Orton why WWE pulled him off that tour, he cited his movie-shooting schedule:
Orton would seem a lock to either be on Team Cena or Team Authority at Survivor Series, but may be gone past that pay-per-view as well. As F4WOnline reports (h/t Wrestle Zone), WWE has pulled Orton from local Survivor Series advertisements.
With The Viper in the thick of WWE's current stories, one would imagine that he's not just going to disappear without being mentioned a la Fandango. He should be on the lookout for stacks of cinder blocks and stay away from Seth Rollins the whole night.
F4WOnline speculated (h/t Wrestling Inc) that WWE may do an injury angle to explain his absence. It would likely happen on Monday's Raw, as next week WWE travels to England without Orton.
Cena doesn't look like he'll be around to watch Orton exit stage left. WWE's advertisements point to Team Cena being built without him for one night. As Wrestle Zone notes, Cena is no longer advertised for Monday's Raw.
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, on the other hand, are on WWE's list of scheduled Superstars. That could mean we see Harper in the flesh for the first time in ages. Those two bruisers could be back in the ring after doing their recent work in vignettes.
Where do Harper and Roman fit in with regard to Survivor Series? A number of feuds are already underway, heading for a spot on that pay-per-view.
Survivor Series Taking Shape
Be sure to reinforce the ring: Big Show vs. Mark Henry looks to be happening again.
A chance at winning the tag titles last week crumbled in the big men's hands thanks to Henry's short fuse. A hard tag and perhaps a touch of jealousy made The World Strongest Man attack his own tag team partner.
This is sure to be the first of their many collisions. Wortman writes, "Big Show will no doubt be looking for retribution."
Brie Bella is hungry for revenge as well but will have to be patient about getting it. Her sister Nikki, for whom she now works as a personal assistant, is gearing up for a chance at gold.
Nikki earned her way into contention for the Divas Championship by winning a Battle Royal on the Halloween edition of SmackDown.
That propels her into a feud with AJ Lee and likely pushes Paige out of the limelight for the moment. WWE went with Paige vs. AJ for four consecutive pay-per-views; it looks to be Nikki's turn now.
Survivor Series also promises to end Bray Wyatt's PPV drought. The Eater of Worlds didn't wrestle at either Night of Champions and Hell in a Cell, although he did sink his claws into Ambrose at the latter event.
Wyatt and Ambrose's story is set to continue on Monday's Raw. The bearded predator spoke of revealing Ambrose's dark secrets on last Friday's SmackDown.
Wortman hints that we will soon get a better idea of what Wyatt was talking about when he writes, "To what was Wyatt referring? Perhaps we'll get some clarity on Raw."
Fans should also get some clarity as to who will be on Team Cena. The five-point preview's focus on that storyline says as much.
We can bank on Dolph Ziggler being on that team. His association with Cena has seen him take abuse from Kane and Rollins. That gives him plenty of motivation to strike back against The Authority, but it also deters other potential teammates from following his lead.
Orton's issues with Rollins would have provided plenty of inspiration to fight alongside his rival Cena. He may be carted out of the arena, though, leaving one less star for Cena to count on.
Team Cena will then have to find its predators elsewhere.
