LeSean McCoy Injury: Updates on Bills Star's Toe and Return
According to Mike Rodak of ESPN.com, new Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy participated in team drills on Thursday after dealing with a toe issue that had made him a limited participant earlier in the week.
On August 5, Rodak reported that Bills head coach Rex Ryan was not concerned about the long-term status of his star running back. "He’s just had a little toe ... it’s not turf toe or anything like that," he said. "But that’s kind of a soreness/swelling type thing. It’s not something that’s really going to hamper him in the near future."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Rodak noted that McCoy has been in uniform and was a limited participant in practice on Monday and Wednesday.
Despite playing a physically demanding position, McCoy has been able to stay healthy. He's started all 32 games in the previous two seasons in Philadelphia, running for a combined 2,926 yards during that span.
Running the football will be a hallmark of the Bills offense in 2015 with McCoy taking over as the starter and Ryan using the ground game extensively throughout his coaching career. The team is fortunate to have a solid backup in Fred Jackson ready to go, but McCoy will be the lynchpin.
