Leicester City vs. Manchester United: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info, Preview
Much of the gloom that engulfed Old Trafford in the early parts of this season was lifted by Louis van Gaal’s side’s excellent performance against QPR in Week 4 of the Premier League, and Manchester United will be looking for another victory when they face Leicester City at the King Power Stadium in Week 5.

For the Red Devils, the clash against QPR was the perfect opportunity to blood a myriad of their new signings, and the team produced a display that was bristling with the age-old United swagger. But given the abject nature of the Londoners' display, there were queries regarding just how much we can accrue from that 4-0 win.

Van Gaal’s troops will be afforded a much sterner test at Leicester, who have been by far and away the most impressive of all the promoted teams in the Premier League. The Foxes will be confident heading into this one too, after notching their first win of the season away at Stoke City last time out.
So this one promises to be a truly fascinating affair, and to ensure you don’t miss any of the action, here’s all the information you need on where to watch the match on television and if you prefer, via an online stream.
Date: 21 September 2014
Time: 1:30 p.m. (BST), 8:30 a.m. (ET)
Live Stream: Sky Go (UK), NBC Sports Live Extra (US)
TV Info: Sky Sports 1 (UK), CNBC (US)
There has been a lot to like about Leicester in their opening games of the Premier League season. Despite facing Everton, Chelsea and Arsenal in their first three games of the season, the Foxes rarely looked overawed, taking a respectable two points from that trio tricky fixtures; in truth, they probably should have had more.

And while there were encouraging signs in those first three games, Foxes boss Nigel Pearson will have been desperate to get that first win secured, and it was duly delivered against Stoke City. The man who netted the winner that day was Leonardo Ulloa; he’s been the standout man for the Premier League new boys so far.
Former Leicester and England striker Gary Lineker has been very impressed with the summer acquisition:
He’s scored three goals from four games so far, per WhoScored.com, and he’ll fancy his chances of extending that run against a United back four that has looked far from settled during the early weeks of the campaign.
But in a boost for the Red Devils, Chris Smalling looks set to return, as confirmed by Van Gaal ahead of the game:
The Dutchman may have decided against bolstering his defence adequately in the summer window, but if anything, that’ll only make this Manchester United team even more enthralling to watch. And after the manner in which this new-look side tore into QPR in their last clash, all the focus was on the offensive aspect of this team, especially Angel Di Maria.

The Argentinean looked to be worth every penny of his whopping transfer fee in the last clash, scoring his fist goal for the club and putting in a performance bristling with endeavour, energy and end-product. Bleacher Report’s Sam Tighe wasn’t surprised by the calibre of his performance:
In truth, all of United’s summer acquisitions looked extremely capable against QPR, as noted here by Squawka:
Against Leicester we’ll get a much clearer indication of just how settled these new players are, though. United were afforded massive amounts of freedom in their last clash, but the Foxes have already proven themselves to be a cohesive, diligent outfit in the opening weeks of this season, and that could make things difficult for the new United players.
But when you look at the abundance of firepower at Van Gaal’s disposal, it’s difficult to see United failing to breach the Leicester back four. There is a host of genuine quality options for the new Red Devils boss to choose from, and the acquisitions of the likes of Di Maria, Ander Herrera and Radamel Falcao have given this United team a refreshed attacking edge.
So expect the Red Devils to create plenty of chances at the King Power Stadium, and with the calibre of attacking options available to Van Gaal, score a few goals too. And while Leicester have showcased plenty to suggest they’re capable of causing this Red Devils back four problems, it won’t be sufficient enough for them to accrue any points from this one.
Prediction: Leicester City 1-2 Manchester United
