Brian MaziqueSep 15, 2014

The Week 2 Monday night matchup is the first of the season that will feature teams with a real chance to make it to the Super Bowl in February.

Although the Indianapolis Colts were defeated in Week 1 by the Denver Broncos and the Philadelphia Eagles were seriously tested by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first half, both Indy and Philly are expected to be major factors in their respective conferences.

That's why this game is a must-see prime-time matchup. Here's how you can watch.

Keys to Victory

First and Second Downs for Philly

Saying that Eagles head coach Chip Kelly likes to run a fast-paced offense is an understatement. In Week 1, the Eagles ran 82 plays. Only the Baltimore Ravens ran more.

When Philly is able to pick up good chunks of yardage on first and second downs, it limits the amount of times quarterback Nick Foles is asked to make big throws on tough conversions. It also keeps the unit in rhythm.

It limits some of the ways all-world running back LeSean McCoy can be effective, though. While he is an accomplished receiver, 3rd-and-long situations still take away most running plays.

If the Colts want to slow down McCoy and the Eagles and make them uncomfortable, it all starts with limiting the Eagles' success on first and second downs.

Ball Protection for Andrew Luck

Taking care of the football will be paramount for Andrew Luck and the Colts. He threw two interceptions against Denver, and both of them were big.

Luck was picked off in the first quarter, and Peyton Manning quickly turned it into a touchdown and a 10-0 Broncos lead.

Luck was picked off again in the fourth quarter while in Denver's territory with his team trying to come back from a 14-point deficit. Against Philly, Luck will be in a similar situation.

For the second straight week, the Colts are facing a high-powered offense. Possessions will be of the utmost importance. Turnovers are always big, but on Monday night, they will be even bigger. If Luck has two more turnovers, it will be very difficult for his team to win.
