Sean Payton: Giant Photo of Suspended Coach Overlooks Saints Practice
Sean Payton may not be taking the field with the New Orleans Saints this upcoming season, but he will apparently be there in spirit.
While Payton plays out his season-long suspension, the Saints have suspended a giant photo of him in their indoor practice facility, per Pat Yasinskas of ESPN.com.
In the photo, Payton glares down at his players with the words "Do your job" written underneath.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Assistant coach and interim head coach Joe Vitt said it's the look Payton gave him after Dallas Clark's third-quarter catch in Super Bowl XLIV.
Payton is serving his suspension after the NFL deemed the Saints enacted a three-year bounty program for injuring opponents on the field. The Saints have held their ground, saying such a program never existed.
Despite the loss of Payton, the Saints still field a talented team this season, complete with quarterback Drew Brees, who just signed a five-year, $100 million contract. The team went 13-3 last season, making it to the NFC divisional playoffs before getting knocked out by the remarkable comeback story that was the San Francisco 49ers.
The Saints, Payton or not, will look to make it to the playoffs and beyond in 2012-2013, and they've made it rather clear that they won't turn their back on Payton.
Payton has gone 62-34 in six seasons with the Saints, including the Super Bowl title in 2010. He's led New Orleans to four playoff appearances. His loss will undoubtedly hurt the team.
But whenever someone lags at Saints camp, all Vitt has to do is point up to Payton's menacing photo.
