Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
Mike Zunino is one of most well-rounded catching prospects in some time, and is comparable to former All-Star catcher Mike Piazza and current Minnesota Twins star Joe Mauer.
He will have plenty of time to work on his average defensive skills when he gets to the big leagues. Expect Zunino to be one of the first names called on draft day.
Joey Gallo, 1B, Bishop Gorman High School (NV)
Joey Gallo is a talented player who can hit home runs with great regularity and also hit balls into the gap for doubles.
Any team needing a big bat to hit third or fourth in the lineup will certainly look at drafting Gallo. His combination of bat speed and strength is quite impressive. Expect him to be a top 10 pick for sure.
Byron Buxton, OF, Appling County High School (GA)
Don't be surprised if the Houston Astros draft Byron Buxton first overall over Stanford starting pitcher Mark Appel.
Buxton's ability to hit well consistently and play spectacular defense is phenomenal. He is sure to star in the big leagues for a long time.
