Brazil vs. Mexico: Brazil Attack Will Continue to Roll in Friendly
Brazil's torrid offensive assault will continue to shine when they take on Mexico. Brazil is coming off of a two-game stretch in which they've scored seven goals in a 3-1 victory over Denmark and a 4-1 victory over the United States team.
In Mexico, Brazil will be taking on its toughest defensive assignment in 2012 as Mexico has largely kept teams off the scoreboard on their way to a 3-1 mark in international play this year. El Tri has held opponents to one goal or less in all of three of their wins and have the talent to give most teams trying to score fits.

However, it's important to keep in mind that those wins came over the likes of Venezuela, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Wales—none of which compare to Brazil. Instead, Brazil is much more like the only team to defeat Mexico this year—Colombia.
Colombia was able to score twice on the Mexico defense in notching a 2-0 shutout victory. The game was the only one the Colombian national team has played together all year.
In contrast, the high-powered Brazilians have had much more time to play together as the friendly against Mexico will represent their fourth time playing together in 2012, and the squad seems to really be finding their stride in attack—creating great opportunities and converting on them.
For Brazil, it isn't just one talented player doing all the scoring, either. Against the U.S. team, the Brazilians had four different players score as Neymar, Thiago Silva, Marcelo and Alexandre Pato all found the goal. With Hulk scoring two goals in the friendly against Denmark, the Brazilians shouldn't ever lose for a lack of firepower.
The largely under-23 roster is really finding its way as a team and establishing themselves as a threat. As well as Mexico has been playing, they will need to find ways to score if they stand a chance against Brazil—stopping them seems to be out of the question at this point.
