2012 NBA Draft: The Updated Big Board, 2.0

David HeebJun 1, 2018

Welcome back to this week's edition of my "Big Board." For those of you that missed my first Big Board, I just want to go over a few of the ground rules with you.

One, I'm not doing a mock draft until the lottery order is set. Remember when Chicago had like a 0.0004 percent chance to land the No. 1 pick, and they got it? It doesn't matter how bad Charlotte was. It' still the lottery! They have to win it, and the Bobcats aren't very good at winning anything.

Two, since we're not doing a lottery, that also means this isn't the order I think guys will get drafted in. This is a true "Big Board" in the sense that this is my ranking of the best players in the draft. If my No. 3 guy is a small forward, and the team picking there really, really needs a power forward, then they will probably take the power forward.

Three, all red flags due to injuries, character, fear of flying, etc. are thrown out the window. This is my ranking of who I think the best players are.

Tune back in after the lottery drawing for my Mock Draft 1.0. For now, here is the Big Board.
