Nate Diaz vs. Jim Miller

Diaz defeats Miller by submission (guillotine choke) at 4:09 of the second round.

Johny Hendricks vs. Josh Koscheck

Hendricks defeats Koscheck by decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28).

Rousimar Palhares vs. Alan Belcher

Belcher defeats Palhares by technical knockout (elbows and punches) at 4:18 of the first round.

Nate Diaz vs. Jim Miller

Round 1

Jim Miller opens the main event with an outside leg kick. Nate Diaz answers with a left hook, but Miller presses the fight to the fence and lands a big elbow. Miller slips and Diaz lands a kick to the body as his opponent regains his feet.

A leg kick scores for Miller, but Diaz answers with a right hook. Diaz attacks the lead leg of Miller with a kick and follows it up with a right hook. Diaz lands a jab-straight left combination. Both fighters trade knees along the fence before Miller looks for a single-leg takedown.

Diaz defends and lands a knee to the head of Miller. A straight left drops Miller with less than one minute left in the round, but Miller recovers and briefly takes Diaz's back.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Diaz.

Round 2

Miller lands a leg kick and right hand to open the second round, but Diaz closes the distance and lands knees from the clinch before eating an elbow. 

Diaz lands a knee and slapping right hook as the fighters separate. The Stockton, Calif. native begins taunting Miller even as he is hit with a front kick.

A knee forces Miller to drop to the canvas, where Diaz lands uppercuts before allowing Miller to stand. A big elbow lands for Diaz, forcing Miller to shoot in for a takedown. Diaz counters with a guillotine choke and become the first fighter to finish Miller.

Diaz defeats Miller by submission (guillotine choke) at 4:09 of the second round.

Josh Koscheck vs. Johny Hendricks

Round 1

Josh Koscheck lands a front kick to start the fight. A left uppercut lands for Johny Hendricks, but Koscheck fires back with right hooks as Hendricks appears to have been accidentally poked in the eye.

Hendricks fights through the vision impairment and drags Koscheck to the ground. Koscheck uses the fence to stand, but Hendricks keep a hold of a body lock and lands knees to the thigh of Koscheck.

An uppercut and right hook land for Koscheck, who fights off a takedown attempt. Koscheck scores with a body kick and spinning backfist before the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Koscheck.

Round 2

Hendricks rushes forward with left hands, but nothing lands. The former two-time NCAA champion lands an uppercut, though.

Koscheck takes Hendricks to the ground and takes his opponent's back, but Hendricks keep hand control and escapes to his feet. Hendricks secures a takedown of his own with three minutes left in the round, but Koscheck uses the fence to stand.

Hendricks lands knees to the thigh of Koscheck before the referee breaks the fighter up due to lack of action. An uppercut-left hook combination scores for Hendricks, who is well on his way to winning this round.

However, Koscheck answers with elbows from the clinch to narrow the gap. Hendricks lands a leg kick and left hook before attempting a takedown as the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Hendricks (19-19).

Round 3

A jab lands for Hendricks, who defends a takedown and uses the fence to force a stalemate. Hendricks ducks a hook and lands one of his own.

Both fighters land hooks, then Hendricks stuns Koscheck with a left hand and begins pressing forward with hooks. Koscheck clinches and appears to have cleared his head, though.

With under two minutes remaining in the fight, Koscheck secures a very important takedown and lands knees to the body of Hendricks. Koscheck finishes the round on top and may have picked up his third straight win.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Koscheck (29-28 Koscheck).

Hendricks defeats Koscheck by decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28).

Rousimar Palhares vs. Alan Belcher

Round 1

A powerful single-leg takedown allows Rousimar Palhares to take the fight to the ground, where Alan Belcher defends a leg lock and attempts a twister and neck crank. However, Palhares scrambles and attacks Belcher's leg once again.

Belcher expertly defends the heel hook attempt, though, and lands some big elbows to the head of Palhares. The Brazilian covers up and Belcher finishes the fight with punches. 

With four straight wins, Belcher is now nearing a shot at the middleweight title.

Belcher defeats Palhares by technical knockout (elbows and punches) at 4:18 of the first round.

Pat Barry vs. Lavar Johnson

Round 1

Pat Barry lands a heavy leg kick to start the action, but Lavar Johnson clinches to slow the action. Barry separates and scores with another leg kick, but Johnson clinches and lands big knees along the fence.

A rare Barry takedown attempt is stuffed initially, but the Death Clutch-trained fighter powers through and moves to side control on top of Johnson. Barry nearly locks up an Americana, but Johnson fights it off with two minutes left in the round.

Johnson hip escapes and stands, but Barry lands another leg kick. A knee and big body kick land for Johnson, who backs Barry up against the fence and unloads with the same uppercuts that finished Joey Beltran. A left hook drops Barry to the canvas and the fight is stopped.

Johnson defeats Barry by technical knockout (punches) at 4:38 of the first round.

Tony Ferguson vs. Michael Johnson

Round 1

Looking to remain undefeated in the UFC, Tony Ferguson eats a leg kick from Michael Johnson to start the fight. Johnson continues to attack the lead leg of Ferguson in the early portion of the opening round.

The fighters trade leg kicks and Ferguson continues to avoid the straight left punches of Johnson. A left hook drops Ferguson, who quickly recovers and returns to his feet.

A much quicker Johnson continues landing kicks to the left leg of Ferguson with slightly more than one minute left in the round. The 25-year-old's striking looks much improved in this matchup with The Ultimate Fighter winner Ferguson. 

B/R scores the round 10-9 Johnson.

Round 2

Johnson is doing a good job a moving outside of Ferguson's striking range before leaping in with his attacks. However, Ferguson lands a solid uppercut less than two minutes into the round.

Ferguson lands a leg kick, but Johnson counters with a heavy straight left that backs Ferguson up. A body kick lands for Johnson, who is controlling the pace of this fight with one minute left in the second frame.

A takedown attempt is stuffed by Ferguson before the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Johnson (20-18 Johnson).

Round 3

Ferguson lands a leg kick early in the final round, but Johnson returns another heavy left hand. The Blackzilian catches a Ferguson kick, but he doesn't capitalize on the opportunity.

Another leg kick lands for Ferguson with three minutes left in the fight, but he may need a finish to win this fight. Johnson counters a leg kick with another left hook to the chin of his Death Clutch-trained opponent.

Johnson has a takedown attempt stuffed, but he lands another pair of left hands to close the fight on a high note.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Johnson (30-27 Johnson).

Johnson defeats Ferguson by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

John Dodson vs. Tim Elliott

Round 1

In his first fight since winning The Ultimate Fighter, John Dodson lands a left hook to get things started against Timothy Elliott. Elliott drags Dodson to the ground briefly, but "The Magician" quickly escapes back to his feet.

Elliott presses forward and lands with a combination, but Dodson answers with a uppercut. Both fighters land left hooks before Dodson catches a kick and takes the fight to the ground. Elliott uses a submission attempt to escape, though.

Dodson lands a leg kick and left hook with about one minute remaining in the round. However, an accidental eye poke by Dodson brings a brief halt to the action.

On the restart, Dodson comes out much quicker and lands some solid combinations to finish the round strong.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Dodson.

Round 2

Dodson catches a kick and knocks Elliott off balance. Elliott stands and attempts a cartwheel kick, but it misses and Dodson lands a flying knee.

Greg Jackson-trained Dodson blocks a head kick and lands body kick. A punch and kick lands to the body of Elliott with three minutes left in the round.

A double-jab lands for Dodson, who then backpedals as Elliott rushes forward with wild attacks. Dodson takes Elliott to the ground with a double-leg takedown, but Elliott quickly escapes before the end of the round. 

B/R scores the round 10-9 Dodson (20-18 Dodson).

Round 3

Elliott lands a right hook and clinches, but Dodson tosses him to the ground. Elliott returns to his feet and gets hit with a knee to the body.

A jab lands for Elliott, who eats a return elbow from Dodson. Two left hooks score for Elliott and a pair of straight lefts also score for the UFC newcomer.

Dodson lands a body kick and slips out of a single-leg takedown attempt. Elliott lands another left hook over the injured hand of Dodson, who appears to be in survival mode with one minute left in the fight.

After catching a kick, Elliott blasts Dodson with left hands. Elliott releases Dodson's leg, but he catches another kick and lands more strikes while controlling his opponent's leg.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Elliott (29-28 Dodson).

Dodson defeats Elliott by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28).

John Hathaway vs. Pascal Krauss

Round 1

Both competing for the first time in more than one year, Joh Hathaway and Pascal Krauss traded straight punches early. A left hook scores for Hathaway and the Englishman presses forward before landing a kick to the body.

Hathaway lands a jab and drops Krauss with a knee to the head. Krauss ties Hathaway up and attempts to recover with more than two minutes left in the round. Hathaway allows Krauss to stand and lands a left elbow along the fence.

Krauss secures a takedown of his own with one minute left in the round, but he'll have to get to work in order to steal the stanza back. The German lands some punches from the half-guard before the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Hathaway.

Round 2

An early takedown attempt is successful for Hathaway, who postures up and lands some solid strikes in the opening minutes of the round. Krauss eventually escapes with two minutes left in the second frame.

The fighters trade leg kicks and Hathaway kicks the body of Krauss, who also eats an uppercut from his English opponent. Krauss looks for another late takedown, but Hathaway defends and should take another round on the scorecards. 

B/R scores the round 10-9 Hathaway (20-18 Hathaway).

Round 3

Hathaway lands a knee-uppercut combination and secures a high-crotch takedown one minute into the round. Moving to side control, Hathaway lands a few right hands before allowing Krauss to escape.

A leg kick lands for Krauss, but the German eats a spinning backfist from Hathaway. Hathaway lands a knee to head of Krauss and ends the fight with a leg kick.

After a long layoff, it appears Krauss has suffered the first defeat of his MMA career.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Hathaway (30-27 Hathaway). 

Hathaway defeats Krauss by unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27).

Louis Gaudinot vs. John Lineker

Round 1

Entering the Octagon for the first time on a 13-fight winning streak, 22-year-old John Lineker opens his UFC career with an uppercut. Then, both fighters swing wildly for nearly 30 seconds consecutively, with Lineker getting the better of the exchange.

Lineker lands with leg kicks and scores with a hook to the body. The pace continues to be fast, but Lineker continues to throw faster and connect to the body of Louis Gaudinot. 

With his hair appearing to impair his vision, Gaudinot drops down and takes the fight to the ground. The green-haired flyweight lands with punches and elbows before fending off a heel hook attempt.

Despite controlling his opponent in the later parts of the round, most of the frame took place standing, where Lineker got the better of Gaudinot.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Lineker.

Round 2

The pace is no slower heading into the second round, as Lineker lands a left hook and Gaudinot returns fire. Lineker presses forward with hooks and lands a knee to the body.

A jab scores for Gaudinot, but Linker returns with an accurate combination. Just as it appears Lineker is taking control of the fight, Gaudinot scores another big takedown with two minutes remaining in the round.

Gaudinot postures up and lands left hands to body with under one minute remaining in the round. As the round nears its end, Gaudinot locks up a guillotine choke and puts Lineker to sleep.

Gaudinot defeats Lineker by technical submission (guillotine choke) at 4:54 of the second round.

Danny Castillo vs. John Cholish

Round 1

After a feeling-out process, both fighters swing and Danny Castillo shoots in for a double-leg takedown. John Cholish stuffs the takedown rather easily, though. Cholish looks for a takedown of his own, but Castillo defends and delivers knees to the midsection of Cholish.

Cholish scores with a stiff jab, but Castillo answers with a right hook to the body and right hook to the head. Another right hook and knee to the body land for Castillo. The round ends with both fighters landing leg kicks.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Castillo.

Round 2

Cholish opens the round with a leg kick and clinch takedown, but Castillo quickly returns to his feet. Another leg kick lands for Cholish, but Castillo fires back with hooks to the body and head.

Castillo avoids a takedown and lands a knee to the body of Cholish. Another takedown attempt fails for Cholish with less than two minutes left in the round.

The pace slows and both fighters land jabs. Castillo scores with hooks and slams Cholish to the ground as the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Castillo (20-18 Castillo).

Round 3

Cholish lads a leg kick before Castillo drives through with a double-leg, but Cholish uses the fence to stand quickly. Cholis drops down for a leg lock, but he gives up positioning and allows Castillo to land on top.

Cholish escapes, but he is able to mount a comeback before the fight comes to an end. The 32-year-old attempts a flying scissor heel hook as the fight comes to an end, but Castillo defends easily and should walk away with a third straight victory.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Castillo (30-27 Castillo).

Castillo defeats Cholish by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

Dennis Bermudez vs. Pablo Garza

Round 1

In his first fight since losing to Diego Brandao in the finale of The Ultimate Fighter, Dennis Bermudez immediately attacks Pablo Garza with a right hand and slammed his opponent to the ground. Garza uses a guillotine choke attempt to stand, but he is soon slammed back to the canvas.

Garza attacks for a triangle choke, but Bermudez fights it off with about three minutes left in the opening round. Bermudez postures up and gets blasted with multiple up-kicks by Garza. The strikes appear to rock Bermudez, who alters his positioning to avoid further damage.  

After escaping to his feet, Garza lands a push kick before getting taken down once more by Bermudez before the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Bermudez.

Round 2

Bermudez quickly pressures Garza to the fence and takes the fight back to the ground in the second round. Garza continues throwing his legs up for submission attempts, but Bermudez is smothering and landing strikes in the process.

From the half-guard, Bermudez drops elbows to the head of Garza, who is having trouble mounting any type of offense in this second frame. Bermudez allows Garza to stand, but the 23-year-old slams his opponent back to the ground with one minute remaining in the second frame.

Garza stands and gets returned to the canvas once more before the round comes to an end.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Bermudez (20-18 Bermudez).

Round 3

Attempting to pull guard, Garza is slammed to the ground once again by Bermudez in the opening moments of the third stanza. Bermudez remains active on top, but the fighters are eventually stood up by the referee after neither fighter is able to advance position.

With two minutes left in the fight, Bermudez scores another takedown. Bermudez passes to full-mount with one minute remaining. Garza gives up his back, but he is able to avoid a rear-naked choke attempt until the horn blows.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Bermudez (30-27 Bermudez).

Bermudez defeats Garza by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

Roland Delorme vs. Nick Denis

Round 1

Nick Denis lands a straight right early and defends a trip takedown attempt by Roland Delorme. Denis lands a knee and short elbow from the clinch, but Delorme answers with a counter left hand.

Delorme tries to trip Denis again, but the Tristar Gym fighter turns the tables and throws his opponent to the ground. Delorme attempts an armbar, but Denis escapes and the fighters stand.

A leg kick lands for Delorme, but he gets rocked by a straight right and right hook from Denis. Denis presses forward and lands big knees from the clinch. Delorme shows an excellent chin and returns an elbow. The former The Ultimate Fighter contestant pulls guard with under two minutes left in the round to avoid further damage. 

Denis allows his opponent to stand and Delorme rocks his fellow Canadian with a left hook. In an incredible turnaround, Delorme presses the action with looping hooks land for Delorme. Delorme trips Denis to the canvas and forces a tap with seconds left in the round to pick up his third straight win.

Delorme defeats Denis by submission (rear-naked choke) at 4:59 of the first round.

Mike Massenzio vs. Karlos Vemola

Round 1

Only three fights removed from making his UFC debut at heavyweight, the 26-year-old Karlos Vemola got his middleweight career started with a leg kick and left hook to the chin of Mike Massenzio.

Massenzio tries to drag the fight to the ground, but Vemola stuffs the takedown attempt and looks to take Massenzio's back using a front headlock. However, Massenzio breaks Vemola's grip and stands.

Vemola lands a leg kick, but Massenzio clinches and lands a knee to the head. Massenzio pressures forward and shoots in for a takedown, which Vemola counters with a guillotine choke attempt. However, Massenzio fights off the submission attempt and lands an elbow or two before allowing Vemola to escape with two minutes left in the round.

The straight left lands twice for Massenzio, who snaps Vemola down and moves to side control. A north-south choke looks tight for Massenzio, but Vemola kicks off of the cage and escapes to his feet.

Massenzio lands another straight left before being slammed to the canvas by Vemola at the end of the round.

B/R scores the round 10-9 Massenzio.

Round 2

Vemola lands a looping overhand right and rushes forward for a takedown attempt. The Czech fighter battles off a guillotine choke attempt and takes Massenzio's back. After landing some strong strikes, Vemola locks up a rear-naked choke and wraps up a come-from-behind victory.

Vemola defeats Massenzio by submission (rear-naked choke) at 1:07 of the second round.
