After the unfortunate passing of Junior Seau, ESPN Boston's Mike Reiss took a minute to reflect on Seau's time with the Patriots.
Greg Bedard of The Boston Globe points out that Seau was never listed on an NFL injury report with a concussion, and that Robert Kraft thought so highly of Seau that the owner personally delivered Seau his AFC Championship ring at his restaurant in San Diego.

Kraft was quick to issue a statement after Seau's death, even calling him "our buddy," per Shalise Manza Young of the Globe.
Jason Taylor, Seau's teammate with the Dolphins, called Seau a "leader of men," while another former Dolphins teammate Zach Thomas said he was his "hero," per Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
After the Patriots signed Jabar Gaffney, Field Yates of ESPN Boston re-set the Patriots wide receiving corps, which now sits at 12 names long.
Jeff Howe of NESN.com reveals that Nate Ebner earned the nickname "Leonidas" as a special teams ace for the Ohio State University football team.
There may be questions about Quinton Coples' motor, but he's saying all the right things, and told Joe & Evan on WFAN 660 in New York that he is "ready to become great as a Jet."
