Derrick Rose Injury: Bulls Star Goes Down with Scary Knee Injury
Chicago Bulls star point guard Derrick Rose had to leave the Bulls' 103-91 win in Game 1 against the Philadelphia 76ers with what appeared to be a serious injury to his left knee.
Austin-American Statesman columnist Cedric Golden described the injury on Twitter:
"Derrick Rose grabbing his knee. Non-contact injury. Doesn't look good. Playoff landscape may have drastically changed just like that.

A photo of Rose on the floor after his injury was tweeted by 3030.
Rose was down for several minutes before he had to be helped off the court to the locker room. At the time, he had 23 points, nine rebounds and nine assists.
Rose's 2011-2012 season was marred by numerous injuries. This latest injury looks like it could be the worst of the bunch.

Awful, awful, awful news.
The Bulls made a habit out of winning without Rose this season. They'll have to do so again in the postseason.
